Me han renovado sin mi autorización 89.95 euros. Denunciados que vais a estar.

According to my computor my mcafee protection has expired. according to my credit card statement I am still being charged. my current bill is for $96.74. My computor has given this message for a number of months. Why would i be billed if it expired?

Well, I would suggest that you call your bank or McAfee.  Did you really expect that someone here would have the answer to that?

Mcafee was a referral by Time Warner Cable in 2016.  I was entitle to free security unless I wanted to upgrade then I had to pay . I initiated the call to 1 866-622-3911 . I was advised that Mcafee Total Protection was good.  I purchased the product and had problems that the tech was not able to correct.  I started complaint in October and I was told that I would get refund, in October  2017. Follow up done in December and a check was issued and I asked to speak with Manager, after a long discussion with Renson who was not   able to give me a direct answer to whether they have cancelled check on file.I requested that a copy be emailed for my records. Because , I do not have a record of receiving check nor do I remember cashing check. I am waiting now for a call back that could come from 3 0r more supervisers. Unprofessional and unable to resolve account.

Phoning asking for me but im not farmilar with the number and comes up as unknown name. When I googled it says its a macafee which i dont use. So why would macafee be phoning if im not oe of their customers.

Mcafee. Phoning me to find out why i requested a £69 refund.
My auto renew setting on my account was OFF. Yet they still saw fit to renew it . Scandalous. And i’ve reported the activity to my bank .
No limit to this companies bad practise. Continual pop ups on the screen saying my uninterrupted service has expired, yet I have a month remaining. Shocking.

Scam. McAfee stealing from people. A) don't call back. B) call better business bureau.  Or your lawyer.  They are going to try to bill you things that you have no idea about. They will send you bills in the mail. Do not give information if they do not have it. Everyone online that says they have stolen from them it is true and they threaten you you have no idea and all of a sudden they just shot calling out of the blue. You cannot get rid of them block the number or change your number and hope you do not get some kind of bill in the mail.

They are losing a lot of customers with this bs of automatic renewal but the number that go unnoticed probably gets them tons of money.

mcafee.com has debited my account for 119.00 dollars which I have not authorized.  I did not request this transaction.  I am at this time not financially able to receive this package.  I am a widow on limited funds.. I am requesting a refund immediately.

they keep telling me my subscription is about to expire. it is paid up until next july they wont tell me why this is happening

they charged my account.  I Google # and see lots of ppl got charged for renewals they didn't want. I never had their service in first place! I keep minimal $$ on this card for just this reason. slimy company.
