Just noticed a $117 charge on my Amex. When I called McAfee, they told me that I used to have an account , closed since 2009 !!!! yes ... 6 years ago.!!!! the person on the phone couldn't provide any reason why I got charged, hence couldn't lift the charge. What scared me the most is I don't know how they got my current credit card number ...
GUYS ... THIS IS A BIG FRAUD. We should  sue McAFEE. I immediately called AMEX to report the fraud. They immediately blocked any future payment from McAFEE on my account , opened an inquiry and  will get refund in 2 days.
Funny how McAFEE conducts business now. What a shame !!!!

Just /25.01.2016  16'30/ received my credit card statement and have been charged an amount of ........... forsomething I did not ask for.

Years ago I've bought antivirus program from McAfee and later I've stopped using. Suddenly I've seen 155 TL (approximately 53 USD) bill in my credit card report for annual renewal without notice. This unacceptable thing, I'm still not using McAfee and I don't want to buy anything from McAfee anymore.

Me you charged my debit card than 58 dollars les authorize please get back to me that charge and otherwise you made a claim against abuse.

My credit card was charged $53.11 by Mcafee for a renewal which I was not notified about and did not authorize. I called my bank to report the unauthorized charge. To the bank's fault, they deactivated my credit card forever even though I was disputing the one charge from Mcafee. I had the bank on one phone in one ear trying to reactivate my credit card which I needed, and Mcafee on another phone trying to get the $53.11 back. One hour wasted with high blood pressure.

Why they keep calling. I call back but song want to give me no answer

You have deducted $97.19 without my authorization.  I will call my bank to dispute this amount.  I already have security with other company and please next time notify the customers you're about to deduct funds.

I never have requested or sign for contact with ta company. But this MCGREE has been charged me 3 times...

Every year via my credit card my account in Austria is charged by U.S.S 89,95 for an "Intel Security". Latest time 12nov2016. I just found an automatic charge on my Bank Statement for almost $130 for the same odd phone number and I do not have any account with McAfee...what is going on. I live in Sydney .

Mcafee *Intel Secure 866-622-3   what is this about? I feel as if I have been robbed by McAfee a reputable company I did use years ago, but changed to other security on relocation and new connections.

I just got charged for $57 through my debit card for the purchase of some Mcafee product I did not even authorize. I specifically checked the settings if auto renewal was on, but it was not. I just claimed to them I hope it gets settled.

McAfee automatically renewed my virus scan subscription on 28 March 2017 without my permission and charged my credit card without me knowing it.  This is very bad business method. I did not want and without me knowing it.

Hace dos años que no uso este antivirus por ser muy malo pero de pronto sin mi autorización sacaron 89.99 dólares de mi cuenta de débito por una supuesta renovación que nunca autoricé. Muy mal negocio lo que desprestigia este negocio.
