Renewed without my permission. Just charged to my credit card. Then I started getting unusual charges to my credit card from outside the country. Not sure if they are related. Have to get a new credit card now. UGH!

You need to tell that to the people who are making the charge.     This is not their website.     It is a forum to exchange information about nuisance calls and scams.   No-one here can cancel the transaction.

Just checked credit card statement and realised I have been renewed. Interesting, since it is a new credit card number. My bank will have a lot of explaining to do.

mcAfee renewed my security without notifying me.

Received a credit card bill with 79.99 for renewal of a security  on a computer i don't use. This was unauthorized. I phoned spent a long time on phone. The person wanted  to explain the charges but I kept telling her there should be no charges as I didn't order anything. I was told I will get refund not sure about that. Should I

The has got to be the most disgusting way of conducting business! Automatically putting through renewals on customer's credit cards! You've got to be kidding me!!!!!!! The customer service representative wanted to spend more time explaining why it appeared when I clearly stated it was NEVER authorized and how dare they conduct business in such a manner. Shame on them, and more specifically shame on me for doing business with them.

I went to download Mcfee Security from my banks offer of a free 6 mth  subscription but stopped it before it down loaded as it was not compatible with my other security which I am happy with and now I have an 8c transaction pending in my bank account !! .........Not at all happy about this, the transaction pending has this ph number on it !! There was no call though.........???

They charged me £89.99 for a renewal that I didn't ask for or agreed to, I considered phoning my bank but called McAfee first, they apologised and offered a discount of £40 and added a month to my subscription for free. Very nice gesture on their behalf but to renew my subscription without asking is not something that they should be doing

On my MasterCard 86,20 euro was billed by McAfee *Intel Security without even calling or emailing me. I used to have McAfee on my decommissioned computer but  I'm not even using McAfee anymore on my new computer.
