I had the shock of unauthorised £54.99 taken from my account. Call McAfee within 60 days to get your money back. I think it's shocking business practice and am surprised it has been going for so many years. There must be a lot of people who don't notice to make it worthwhile to continue with this. Would never use them again.

I just got my vasa bill and have been charge 54.99 for ( mcafee 866-622-3911 ),
i stoped useing mcfee 2years ago, i got a new pc 2 years ago, and stoped the mcafee ???????????????????????????????

MCAFEE has auto renewed their antivirus on a closed credit card of mine and again on a paypal account.  I did not ask for the renewal.  I do not use MCAFEE for my antivirus on my devices or on my husbands devices, we have gone with another antivirus, so the only device using MCAFEE is my daughters computer.  We stayed with it since she was away at college.  So I contacted MCAFEE, and after about a half a day of haggling, they reversed the charge for one of the antivirus auto renewals they did.  Then I was checking my daughters computer, and guess what, SHE HAS NO ANTIVIRUS PROTECTION.  So I called MCAFEE, and they will not activate the ANTIVIRUS I have Paid for until OCT 2013, and THEY WILL NOT REVERSE THE CHARGES.  I PLAN TO CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL ON MONDAY.  I THINK WE NEED A GOOD CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT TO STOP THIS ROBBERY!  I AM SURE THERE ARE A LOT OF PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT ARE BEING CHARGED THAT NO LONGER USE MCAFEE, BUT JUST HAVEN'T NOTICED THE CHARGES YET.  IT SHOULD NOT BE LEGAL FOR ANY SOFTWARE TO AUTORENEW.  DEVICES CHANGE SO FREQUENTLY.

MCAFEE 866-622-3911 has charged  AU$ 67.45 on My WESTPAC Account. i dont know why, and I am getting nothing for that sum of money,,,even i am not using any security product from MCAFEE and neither gave any card number and account detail.. how can i get the refund or how can i report as a scamming...

Mcaffe have taken £48.89 from my barclaycard
