McAfee ( MCAFEE 866-622-3911 IE ) charged my account 169 PLN  26.03.2013 without my permition and I have had no connection with them.... how is this possible. ?

I got charged $89 for automatic renewal that I didn't want

No call, but I was reviewing my bank statement and found a charge of over $50.  We have NEVER purchased products from McAfee, and most of the time we run our computers under Linux anyway.  How the **** did they get our bank info?!?

As I checking my credit card account, and saw there is a charge amount of Aud 59.95, which I have not use for a few years. Therefore I call their world wide auto number to ask for a refund, the operator is friendly and help, this for the fast action nod knidness.

Same thing here. Got charged 54.11 last month and 49.99 this month... I don't even have McAfee on my computer, which is the only computer I've had for the last 3 years. Where did they even get my card number from?

My 1000 rupees was deducted without informing. It might be an renewal of the antivirus. But the worst part is that we are not using Macafee antivirus at all

I just called 18666223911 and they refunded the $38.09 they charged me one month ago. It is a formal way of looting people i guess.

McAfee automatic renewed my virus scan subscription on 7/14/2013 without my prmission and charged my credit card without me knowing it this has to stop.

We got a charge on our cc for the anti virus but found it was scammed with other charges from Qatar airways. So know it is not McPhee doing it

I noticed that I had $84.87 McAfee renewal fee taken out of my account.  I called the 866-622-3911 and talked to a very nice man.  I had dropped McAfee a couple of years ago.  I had him remove the automatic withdrawal and also received a full refund.  The trick to getting your money back is deal with it as soon as possible.

Checking my CC online for something else, I saw 2 exact charges for $140. for the same merchant listed as MCAFEE along with this phone number.  No one in our household has ever bought from, nor used any products or services from, these people for anything EVER!! And the charges were on a credit card that only I have and use only for medical purposes.  This is pure FRAUD!  I called my credit card & disputed both charges, and I hope they file a criminal complaint against these people.  Somebody sure as heck needs to!!

Checked my statement this morning too, only to find out Mcafee took out $59.95 through a debit card purchase which I didn't authorise. Rang my bank and said it'll take bloody 90 days to investigate. Are you freaking kidding me?. Maybe we should see if they have a Facebook account and let let everyone know. Bloody [***], I'm pissed.

I did not receive a call but was charged $84.79 without my consent on my credit card.  I have not used McAfee for the last two or three years.  Shame on McAfee.  I deserve a refund.

There were some transactions on my account for mcafee, which i have never used. I called the bank, they refunded my money but now they want their money back because according to their investigation I made that purchase. I called mcafee and the guy stopped the subscription, but I didn't get a refund. He said I should turn to the bank, because it seems somebody else used my debit card to make the purchase.... I really don't know what to do now... I'm really pissed off.

Same thing happened to me!  I just called and had it refunded.  Didn't even have that email address any more!

Just received an e-mail stating that McAfee were renewing my yearly subscription for £54.99 on 22/11/13.  Checked back and found that they took £64.99 for yearly renewal back on 09/07/13. So only 4 months later they have taken another payment for renewal. I will ring the UK McAfee number to get this back and will certainly cancel all ties with them.

Fraudulent scum. You'd think you could trust a company with a well known name like theirs.
