none-no message left

I received a single call from this number seven days ago, on my cell phone, that went to my voice mail but no message left. They have not called back as of 8-21-2014.

This number calls several times a day.  Once I answered in error / not thinking and there was no one there when I said HELLO.  No message is ever left.  Very aggravating!!!!

I'm on the DO NOT CALL list and I am receiving phone calls from these people. They don't leave any messages

It popped up on my Cell as +86 68314847.
When I call the 866 number I received this message “You have been contacted for a market research or sale call (repeat 2x)” then disconnected.

I have been receiving phone calls on my cell phone from this number. They call twice a day, never leave a message. I am on a fixed income, I pay for my cell phone minutes via top off card. I don't appreciate some unknown company wasting my minutes.

This number call me and all they did was breath in to the phone and hang up

Call came in.  I answered it and there was no one there.

I get calls repeatedly from this number, I don't recognize the number so I don't answer, plus  have read all the comments regarding this number, another reason I don't answer

They said I need their credit card. I said I don't use credit cards. Then the man went on a rant calling me a stupid liar, questioning my parentage, and then I hung up while he was still talking. My son put all my numbers on the do not call list. I thought that was supposed to stop these kinds of calls. There is no need for people to be abusive.

Received a call from this number Sept 10, 2016 @ 1:16pm. I didn't pick up and they left no voice message.

Got a call this morning and since I could not identify it --- I sent it to voicemail.  Did not leave a message so it is either a solicitor or a scammer and I am on a Do Not Call List so I don't care whatever it is that they are selling.

Called me while I was on the other line so I sent it to voicemail. Voicemail only caught 3 seconds of background noise. I keep blocking numbers. Someday, maybe. They will get the message.

I also got a call from 866-831-4847 and is going to call Discover to be taken off

They keep calling me from a local number which tracks to a cell phone, then from this 866 number immediately after I decline the first call. Both numbers left about 5 seconds of background and typing noise as a message, so I'm sure it's the same people. Isn't faking being a local caller like that illegal?

Just called my landline 10:19am 2/24/18, caller id just says "telemarketing", needless to say, I didn't answer.

I've received calls to my cell phone from this number occasionally, and again earlier. I never answer calls from unknown numbers; and this caller never leaves a message. Dunno who it is or what on God's green earth they want.
Now that I've read down through some old complaints above... if it is a division of Discover card, I wouldn't have a clue.  I use Discover constantly now and pay off each month- so I'm in good standing there  I'm also on donotcall lists. I'm going to block it now. If it were about something important or quite imperative, I'd have to assume they'd leave a message. Sooooo.

I don't ever remember getting a call from this particular #, but somehow it was saved in my phone contacts list as : verification . For what, I do not know, plus there were several other different # listed on the info part of same contact listing and had listed they had like 3 or 4 different #s. I only found out about this being in my contacts.....because this person is also on snapchat and it showed as a friend suggestion on snap because it was in my phone contacts. Wth?
