- Claire KI have just had my bill emailed from o2 and was £6.33 over due to this number even though I had never signed up to anything, and will never sign up to anything for this reason. O2 won't give me the money back and I can't get hold of anyone on the 0845 number. Things like this should be illegal.

- Craig| 1 replyI been robbed of £18.00. I think it's a joke that someone can send you a message and take money from you. Wish I could have that privelege as I would text them 20 times saying stop. I'm now going to contact watchdog and Ofcom. If enough of us do it they will have to do something about it. It is theft to charge some one for some they didn't want/use and then not give them an acceptable way that works to opt out

Firstly your provider will tell you they can do nothing until you have sent STOP to 88818, if they continue after that they can do something through offcom but not until then.
So send STOP to 88818
Then you have to ask SB7 Mobile the people behind Switch Fire .com who run the number for your money back. Thats easy send an email to help@sb7mobile.com that should get you a response. I also asked who was their overseeing body they said its Phone Pay Plus. If you look at their website and look for the adjudications this company has been pulled up in a tribuneral about the same problem we are all facing, and has been told to refund all who ask for a refund, as they were fined as well. check this link

- Columbo replies to Graham BainesHad this myself. Phone your mobile supplier only and get them to block texts from that number.
T-Mobile are aware of this scam by SB7 Mobile (juicywin). I doubt texting or calling SB7 will help.
