- NAThis disgusting company has sent me messages through which are completely unsolicited and as a result my company has been charged £ 3.95 plus VAT
Using premium services on company mobiles is a sackable offence and as such I now have disciplinary proceedings against me.
This company are nothing short of thieves and this type of practice should be outlawed.
I want the full charges refunded to my company plus administration costs.- Call type: Text message

- 80122Stupidly entered competition - never thought for one moment that the texts they sent me were charged at £1.50 for three identical text messages received each week. Only get monthly bills and they have taken £22 pounds last month and £10 this month before I could send them a STOP text.
Mobile phone providers say its nothing to do with them and I cant get through to this company.
Why on earth are they allowed to steal money from people like this - if it happened with your bank you would be refunded.- Caller: Juicywin

- MagnusI have an account with vodafone and have been getting unsolicited text messages from 88818, under guise of JuicyWin.com and PrizeFun.com giving me the 'opportunity to win £250,000 (oh yeah?) thro entering a multiple choice question. I have merely deleted them because I was not in the least interested in feeding into what is quite probably a scam. Today the latest text had the grace to tell me that i an being charges £4.50/ month for the privilege of receiving junk I neither want nor requested. I have called vodafone and they have informed me that they are due to charge me £27 on my next bill for them sending me these texts and that the total so far will be £40.60. I have called the 08434610551 no given on the text to stop this. This is an absolute disgrace that I, a pensioner, am being ripped off for hard got money for some scam I have had no part in setting up. How do I get my money back, anyone?

Scam and taking money.
Please disable their access to everything. They send texts to my mobile.- Caller: Juicywin.com
- P Knutt replies to Steve Bryant| 3 repliesI have so far had a total of £36 taken by these scum. O2 (who I am with) claim they can do nothing about it, although it is suspicious that I always get a text informing me that I am subscribed (I am not) and they have billed me for £10 just after I top up, whenever that is.
Here's a solution. JuicyWin is run by a company called Instant Dialogue, who are owned by a little weasel called Robin James. He also owns other companies involved in telecoms (scams, at a guess) and has a little trail of folded companies behind him. I suggest finding out where he lives and breaking his f***ing legs. - P Knutt replies to P KnuttAlso, I wouldn't bother texting STOP to 64055. I did this over 2 hours ago and have just had another £10 taken off my credit. Just take the shortest route to a solution and physically damage the scum who run Instant Dialogue, SB7 Mobile and Switchfire Ltd (who are all involved in this).
- P Knutt replies to P Knutt| 1 replyRobin James' mobile number is 07766657777, just in case you'd like to tell hm how you feel about his scamming company. (Appropriate that there's '666' in the middle).

- adelejust received 3 unsolicited texts from 88818 on my office mobile so texted stop to them and received text back from them confirming that all services from this shortcode are now stopped. I also rang 02 to confrim that no monies had been charged to our account from this number. The lady I spoke to confirmed that nothing had been charged and that she would check again tomorrow for me to check that this was still the case and that if we had been charged that it would be refunded. She suggested that I register our numbers with TPS to stop all unsolicited calls which I have now done. If I receive any more unsolicited texts/calls from this number then I will be complaining to the c omany suggested on page 2 of this forum page

- Greg replies to P KnuttThe company is called SP7 Mobile. I found this out because when i rang vodafone they said they were unable to block it because they didn't know who the company were. This was obviously bu!!$hit as they were the company paying them. I rang Phone Pay Plus (the regulator) and they gave me the company name and a customer service number 0844 445 7707.
