999-999-9999

I received a call on my home phone. Did'nt answer it and was going to let my voice mail pick it up no one left a message. I have never seen this number before and became curious on who it might be. I first called from my cell phone and it said the Nextel subcriber could not be located so I tried from my home phone and it said it was not an exisiting number. It kind of freaked me out because my Son was murdered July 30,08 and I was thinking about him at the time the phone rang. Maybe it was wishful thinking that he was trying to give me a sign or something. I haven't had another call since then.

tried to block this via verizon and they want to charge me $4.95 a month so I am not constantly getting calls from this number

got a call from this number today at 2:14 central time... i did not answer because i don't know the number, but no message was left.
i then received two unknown calls. who are they and what in the hell are they trying to accomplish by calling from an unlisted number?
i don't care who they are, they can do their business with me from a legal, registered number.
glad to see i'm not alone, though.

I get a call from this number at our office fequently. When I answer with the company name, I hear a  click and then the dial tone.

Got a call identified as 999-999-9999 and just heard silence on the other end.

those 1-999-999-9999 people are making me insane. they've been calling every single freaking day for the past month, sometimes twice or three times a day. i never picked up, since that the number looked strange and it states that it's out of area. anyways, they never left a message, never. yesterday, i picked up. so this girl is asking for my husband, i told her that he isn't here would u like to leave a message, and she kept on talking:"does he have a cell phone number".i was like no.i said do u wanna leave a message. she kept on going and said:"does he have a work number that we can reach him at." so i was like no, would u like to leave a message!. and she is like yeah do u have a pen and a paper. and i was already fed up with them. so i told her who r u people why do u keep calling here, and she was like :"this is a call regarding an important buisness matter with .. my husband, and he has to call us back." she was like do u have a pen and a paper." i said no, so what is this buisness matter is all about!." she said with an attitude: "oh well, that's the point of the message, so he can call us back." i said :"don't u ever call this f*ing number agian do u understand." and hung up on her, today it's about 11:30 am and i've already recieved two calls from 1-999-999-9999 with no freaking message. but the third call someone left a message saying:" hi my name is (mr...) this call is regarding a very important business matter if u could give us a call back as soon as possible at this number 1-866-667-3307 ex: 3303 we are open  8:30 am till 7:30 pm monday to friday." and then repeated himself again. so those people are going to drive me insane. this freaky number has got to stop, and why do they have to hide their identity like that, this is unbelievable, and it has to stop!

We keep receiving the 999-999-9999 calls.  We have gotten at least 3 times a week.  We have never answered and they leave no messages.  This is crazy.  Our phone service allows us to block numbers (up to 12) but it won't allow us to block this one.  It says the number is invalid.

I got a call yesterday evening, caller ID said 999-999-9999, started to pick it up, but was curious to see if whoever it was would leave a message...nope.  If they keep calling back, I'm going to try and have it blocked.

I received a cal from this 999-999-9999 number today but declined to answer it.  When I checked the voicemail it turned out that it was a recorded health tip from Av-Med Health Insurance, my health provider.

Got this number on my cell phone and there was music in the background.  It sounded like the music you hear in the department store.  I said hello several times and all I get is this music.  No one answered.  I looked up the 999 area code and this number showed that it is unavailabe just like someone that is trying to hide their identity. I hope I don't get another call.

it was 2:00 in the morning and i got this call from 999-999-9999 and i was hello and it was a guy looking for alex i was like you got the wrong number and he said that his friend said it was the number but i found it odd that the number was like that. i also was on vacation one time and got home to have my on phone number on my phone i called the phone company and they said the only way that was possible was if you had a fax meschine and we said we dident so she had no idea how my number was on my own phone.

my husband has 9999999999 number on his phone as incoming and also some out going. how do you find out who it is. how can he call this number back and be talking for 10 minutes?

i am 12 years old and i got a call when i was sick from school around 10 or so and i was sleeeping when it called so i didnt answer it when i looked at the nummber it was 19999999999 so i called it back to see who it was and when i tried it just said call failed after one ringtone please tell me who the hell this is

I just got a call a couple hours ago at 4:19pm, I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message. They also called last week and they also didn't leave a message then.

I received this call 2x now on my cell phone...it rings for about half a ring then stops...no voicemail is left.  When I call it back, its silent for a second...then I hear a ring tone again but I'm still connected...

weird...

GOT CALL BUT DID NOT PICK UP.  want to eliminate these calls.  is there a way?
