Got the same message :/. These people want to see the world burn

I received a call the other day and they asked for me and I told them that they had the wrong number.

I got a message from this number saying it was from facebook and that if I wanted to chat with this girl to click on the link below! Of course I clicked on it in my Safire it went all loopy and crazy! So I deleted the text message! Y doesn't anyone know this number?!! I guess it's the police! If that's the case I will be taking legal action!

They claim to be from "the technical department calling about your Windows computer... Got your number from your ISP... You registered for our service" NOT. If you tell them off or hang up they keep calling. My spouse got on the phone & they would not answer his questions about who they were or how they got our ph#. They have called before from a different ph#.

I normally don't answer calls from numbers I don't know, but I did today as I'm expecting a very important call. The number was 999-999-9999 which I thought was odd and answered very confused. The woman on the other end asked if she was speaking with -my first name-. I told her she was. She said she was calling from a company called Data Verifications and was just making sure that I could still be reached at the number she called me on. She would not tell me why she was verifying this information she would only tell me that she was calling to verify my number and then hung up. I found this extremely odd and unsettling especially because she only asked if she was speaking with me by only my first name and had no mention of my last name. I work in an environment where I need to know all FDCPA and FTC rules and it is illegal for her to not tell me why she is verifying my phone number so this was very disturbing to me.

The number 999-999-9999 is just some scam if you dial it and know some one elses number you can call anybody as that number for example if I dial 999-999-9999 and I know my mom's number I can call anybody as that number... but anyway back to topic it's just a stupid trick dumb people with no life do so yeah....

3 times just now i got the call. its not  saved in true caller and nobody was speaking . I am afraid if it would have make International call that must have cost me. But i didnt call back. no was + 91 9999999999

I received a call from 999-999-9999 at 1:15 am friday morning. I think it's disgusting when telemarketers have to call this early in the morning to disturb your sleeping. I get enough harassment during the day.

Just received what seems like a sexual invitation via a text message on my cell phone of all things!!!  Just how do they get access to our phone numbers...... it is soooo annoying.

9999999999 is a "spoofed number" Rapperz central uses this spoofer #  because they harass people  their real number is (1800)-974-RAPPERZ (4764) but they decided to use a "SPOOFER'' # instead of their real #

Just got a text on my cell stating that my number had been chosen and I won 2 Million Pounds! Yet the email listed is in
Atlanta Georgia.  The phone number associated with it is 999-999-9999.  WTF - judging from the other posts I read this
number is cranking out a wild variety of scams 24/7.
