- wing1outJust got a call from this number, the indian guy called, KEVIN!!!!! Yeah right.
He was able to ask for my wife by her full name and then gave her our address as confirmation. He said he worked for 'computer security solutions' and had been instructed by our service provider to contact us regarding the viruses that have shown on our computer. He wanted her to turn the computer on and he would talk her through it. As I am IT engineer my wife brought the fone to me immediately but the minute I said hello Kevin (i still cant believe that) he hung up.
The scary thing here guys is that this crowd have obviously bought alot of details from somewhere, so dont be fooled and stay safe. I have just posted all this to facebook to warn everyone, I suggest you all do the same.- Caller: computer security solutions
- FransI also got a call this morning from this number.

- KeesI was called today by an Guy speaking English with an Indian accent saying he was from Microsoft and that my computer was hacked. Complete nonsense since I have a good firewall and can check myself. I hung up.

- VictimAlso me is called several times by this number.
My biggest worry is that our systems is run over cable and that they can exess the computer like that.
Appenrently all the people here being called have some thing in commen, the thing is to find out what????
By the way Iam from Brabant Holland - VictimMaybe if they call again we should tell:that you are going to see if he can be tracked down and prosecuted for this fraud.

- Monique| 1 replyI get regular calls from them. I live in the Netherlands. If I would pick up immediately, its a poorly English speaking person saying they are from Microsoft something, then I ask why don't they speak in Dutch, as my windows is in Dutch... !
I'd say, just don't pick up. Or if you got time to lose, just talk Dutch or better yet, play along with them, and after a half hour, tell them you know about the scam and that your boss gives a bonus to his/her employees that can keep such someone on the line ;)- Caller: unknown.
- piens replies to MoniqueJust got a call from her. After listening a while I asked her is she thought I was a fool. She started cursing and hung up :-)
- JayBasically the same story as everyone else here. I answered the phone to this number and there was silence for about 10 seconds before a guy, in what sounded like a call centre, told me his name was "David Jones" and he was calling from Microsoft. He then proceeded to tell I had "downloaded some bad infections". I know this scam very well, I've had about ten calls from them. So after telling me about the "infections", I decided I would take on a very sarcastic tone with him, after a few seconds of talking to him like this, he hung up.
- Caller: "Microsoft" (not really)
- FMSaid they're Microsoft's technical dept. Definitely scam.
- BOBTHIS NUMBER IS PART OFF A SCAM UNIT,HANG UP AS THEY WILL TRANS FER YOU TO HIGH COST LINE NUMBER
- Caller: ?
- KimJust got a call from 'Paul Smith' from E-Solving phone #646-502-6605 who was going to walk me through to check my computer to ensure that I had not downloaded a virus on my computer. This 'service' was free of charge and he was not selling anything to me.
I was sitting at my laptop and I quickly searched 'E-Solving+Scam' and found this information. I told 'Paul' to take me off of his calling list and that I was reporting his phone number (from New York).- Caller: E-Solving
