I received a total of 10 calls from this number today.  I had a baby trying to sleep.  Each time they called, they never let the phone ring for more than 5 times, so it never reached the answerphone.  By the tenth phone call, I'd had enough.  I picked up the phone and shouted two words....  They never called again.  The calls started just after 11am, and the tenth call was about 3pm.  I have caller display, so when I didn't recognise the number, I refused to answer - I didn't expect a further 9 calls from the same number in such a short space of time!

I had a call this morning from a pleasantly spoken woman who said she was undertaking a short survey on behalf of Moneysavers, could i spare a few minutes? I said no, i didn't want to take part, and ended the call.
Often you get calls from cold callers who say that they have had you details "because you completed a survey". We need to get wise to the implications of answering "just a few questions" over the phone!

Started calling at 9.50am....  and every hour since.  They only let it ring a few times to avoid the answer phone picking it up.  I have no intention of talking to them!

Who are these people that so many adverse comments are listed here?

Keeps calling, leaving no message and hanging up when I answer.

just called here but i didn't get to the phone fast enough. they left no message and when I tried to call back the line just beeped and i think went to anserphone but was no message beforehand.

Started to get regular calls from 01142180488. The call always starts with someone saying they are from National Money Savers and asking could I spare a few minutes to answer a few questions. The answer is obviously NO and I put the phone down. What concerns me is that I am ex-directory, and registered with the TPS, and yet increasing numbers of junk calls seem to be getting through.

Got 2 of these today from 01142 180488, first a woman then a man, both quite posh sounding.  2nd bloke said he was very surprised that I'd already received a call this morning which I hadn't wanted either.  Both said they were National Money Savers, could I answer a survey etc.  He said he'd take me off the list but reading the above I doubt it.

This number has rung 5 times since I hae been in from work at 14:00 (it's now 16:10).  I googled it and found this site.  The last time it rang I answered.  They asked for someone I don't know so I said the person didn't live here anymore.  They then said they were conducting surveys with the chance to win a holiday!

I politley replied that I was not the person they were calling for, that I didn't want to take part and put the phone down.  We'll see what happens next?

This number has rung twice and both times went to ansaphone but left no message.

If you 1471 and ring back it just cuts out.

Number came up on the missed calls list, called the number, no response. The phone did not even ring at the other end.

I was called twice in the space of 2hours from these people and they were asking for a previous tenant, Our phone number is actually registered on the preference service but this didn't stop them...!

I said to them "what is this regarding" and was given the Universal Moneysavers survey spiel.......to which I said "wrong name wrong number...!" so they hung up.

DON'T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR NAME TO THEM.....THEY ARE SCAMMERS LOOKING FOR NUMBERS TO HASSLE AND TO SELL ON TO MARKETING COMPANIES.

For what it's worth (as they are SO toothless...!) I will be reporting the number to Ofcomm, the more complaints about this cold calling the more likely they MIGHT actually do something (BUT i'm not holding my breath!)

Just had the umpteenth call from them today. Almost everyday for the past week. Rings 3- 4 times, hangs up or waits to answer, then hangs up. Returning the call get you to a dull hum in the back ground.
Sounds very much like this could be a scammer! Will check my phone bill to see if I am charged a premium rate for calling this number back. Will report here if I find it!

Had two phone calls today so far from these people, don't know who they are as not answered it.  Only rang a few times so answer phone didn't kick in.  I am on TPS too.  If this number has been reported how come we are still getting calls?

I had a call from this number last week - an Indian sounding man asked if I could spare the time to do a survey regarding a debt management company.  I told him I don't do surveys over the phone and he said tather crossly 'Well why on earth not?' - to which I politely ended the call.

Last two days I have missed 3 calls a day calls from this number whilst out and each time I phone back rings a couple of times then cuts off. Looking at above I am glad that I was not home when they called.

I got a call from them today I could have sworn they said they were national savings which is premium bonds.!!! I told them the person doesnt live here anymore.

So sick of these numbers calling me and waking up my newborn. And when u do answer they either hang up and expect u to phone back or talk about crap and try dig for details. Get lost I'm not an idiot! I don't answer my home phone at all now and let the answer pick it up which these companies never leave messages. How to I block all these idiots as I have lost the use of my telephone now due to it. Thinking of just unplugging from the wall as it's sooooooooooo irritating!!

Ever since I went online to career places, to post a resume, like job.com, monster.com, snagajob,com, etc....  I've been getting daily & bi-hourly calls from this number:  0118669275206.   I knew from the looks of it that it was a junk call whoever it was, so the first couple days I just let it ring and didn't answer; however, they persisted so I eventually answered the call and of course, (to the best of my recollection) it was a recording stating something like:  thank you for your interest in our program, someone will be with you shortly.  So naturally I hung up, but here's the weird part:  When I tried to call the number back, a recording states that this is not a working number.  So I knew it was somehow a fake number being established through one of these online companies that can do everything from create fake numbers for you, create a fake voice for you to call undetectable, block your phone from receiving these very services I mentioned, and then some.  There are so many little softwares & stuff out today that make it extremely easy for people to totally fake out anyone - as far as the phone goes.  You can actually have a New York, NY area code & phone #, even if you're living in Phoenix or Seattle, or anywhere!  And it's practically unlimited the offers out there on the net.  This is just another "phishing" type phone call.  There's no knowledge at all of who the real caller is.  Everyone here is mentioning different companies behind this number.  People, it's just come down to this, if you don't recognize the call coming in, and ESPECIALLY if you're behind on bills or something similar, you just cannot answer your own phone anymore!  All I know is it's a sad state of affairs that this world is coming to these days!  So many wrong, immoral, illegal, and unconstitutional acts are thrown upon the unsuspecting, average American citizen (or worldwide for that matter) through the privacy of their own home - via - cell phone, landline, computer, and whatever else I can't think of.  I heard now, that the CIA or whatever other intelligence or law enforcement, can actually evesdrop on your private conversations in your home, car, or other private place, right through your cell phone - AND your cell phone doesn't even have to be turned on!!!  As long as there's a battery in your phone, someone can evesdrop on your indoor, private comings & goings & conversation!!!  It's F***D  up, way bad........

Yea, I did the same thing, and once it did exactly what you stated - no answer or nothing.  but another time I called back and a recording stated that it's not even a working number.  It's a phish!  People we are being phished through the phone from stupid companies or whoever, trying to sell us crap, or whatever it is they do!  

Their phone number isn't real, it's not even a company.....  the scamming that goes on in this world. aint it a trip?
