Received a call today (14/12/10) from "01142 180 488", while I was out and the failed to leave a message on my answer m/c ...... Good !
Understand it's a scam number so did not call it back.

have had 5 calls from this number today. My eldery father doesnt find it easy getting to the phone and getting these calls are a total nuisance

keep calling for a mr/mrs durrat. then they are rude when i say they have the wrong number, then they hang up after using foul and abusive language.

rude always ask for a mr/mrs durrant then get abusive when i inform them they have the wrong number.

Working in our area now, thorough nuisance.  Husband answered them once day before yesterday and told them not to call again.  Receiving 6 + calls per day.

very posh lady ,bad bad manners,put the phone down on her b4 she does it to u when u say not interested,when i rang back u cant get through,

nasty people ,just cut them off,cos they will when u say no thanx

This number has called several times but hangs up as soon as I answer

This number calls I always wait to see if thy leave message on answer phone but thy always cut off when answer phone kicks in. I think that if someone wants to speak to you thy should leave their details as it is so frustrating when nobody leaves a message.

When I call back using 141 to hide my number I get one ring, pause, beep and then nothing

This number keeps calling my 86 year old parents and asking to speak to Barry Hall . Do they ask for this person with every call they make ?

Yes, I've just had the same thing, well spoken lady asked for Mrs Durrant, I said 'sorry you have the wrong number' she sounded really suprised said 'oh, oh right' so I said goodbye, and she wouldn't hang up!!

Received several calls from this number.The telemarketer told me he was from National Money Savers. When I refused to give details he hung up straight away. The Parent company is McDowall Media (Telephone: 020 8275 1200). Rang them and asked for Customer Services/Complaints Dept. Explained situation and they said they would remove my number from their database. Hopefully this will stop the calls.

Have just received a call from a woman from this number said she was from a national money saver company and did I have 5 mins to spare to do a survey, asked her how she got my number as I am ex-directory, she said she was just given it, told her I am also on the TPS system and told her she was breaking the law, she couldn't put the phone down quick enough. I sometimes think they just make a number up and if someone answers then bingo.

We've had 4 missed calls in the last week from this number, never leaves a message on answer machine so now don't answer it when we see the number come up.

had this number ring me 9 times today,dont know who there are as i wont answere just keep pressing 1471.They have no right pestering me with phone calls all day i am very ANNOYED.

Got call from this number today - I picked up and the line went dead. Tried calling back to give them a piece of my mind - the call goes through then it goes dead. There has been stuff in the press about this type of call and companies being fined but who should it be reported to and how can we block it. .

This company keeps ringing my work number.  I have informed them this is a company number but they continue.  Why are these people so annoying!!!!!!
