- LeesaThese people rang me today and as he was on phone I done a search on the Internet about the company and told him I was doing this he was very helpful in giving me the website and was very pleasant I just hope they actually do give the vouchers to people like they said someone could win. I don't mind doing surveys if it helps but hate being pushed into things I which these people did not I have no complaints as yet I also asked where they got my number name and address they said a 3rd party company he told me make sure I click the 3rd party option on any forms on Internet I may fill in so as other unwanted companies do not have authority on your info but all in all pleasant experience and now iv done it they won't be nothing me again for a while at least anyways

- Calley replies to joe| 2 repliesrubbish! I always check the do not pass on my details" box and on each of the LAST 20 CALLS I got from them asked them not to call me again! I blew my top today and when i asked for them to confirm the company name so that I could report it, he pleaded with me not to and said they wouldn't call again (I've been told that for sooo many of their calls now!) he said he'd tell his manager not to call me again but when i asked to speak to the manager, he said he wasn't on the floor. when I asked again for the company name he just kept making excuses. about 10 times I asked for just the company name but he refused to give it. I decided to push it and said that by law he had to give me the name after a a few "ummmmms" he hung up! not even a bye or a sorry. this company is in violation since i have asked them on numerous occasions to leave me alone.
- Nan replies to Calley| 1 replyGuess what? If you report this call to the Information Commissioner's Office you don't need the caller's name, only the number they are 'phoning from. If the company is in the UK the ICO can do something about it, if they get enough complaints. Given the dodgy English of some of the "positive" posts, I have my doubts.
- Calley replies to Nanlol yeah I wonder about the positive "this company is awesome!" posts too.... anyways, since then I've had 4 more calls from them!!! (one every hour) it's definitely UK National Money Savers.... despite promising me I wouldn't receive another call, I got 4 more. My pet bird sensed my stress and spent half an hour after the 3rd call screaming the house down (given his size, my entire street could hear him) the stress this company is giving me is only spurring me on to have legal action taken against them now as it's clear I'm not the only one they are pestering! Anyway, I contacted my telephone provider who said regardless of any TPS list by ignoring the fact that I had asked them never to call me again that they were breaking the law by doing so, recommended I phoned the police and got an incident number...which I did! they are apparently now under investigation :)
I tried the MRS (forwarded there from the TPS) but every time I tried to report the issue the "captcha" thing wouldn't accept my code and blanked the forms...which got a little frustrating... I'll try again in a mo. I'll try the ICO too. Please everyone if you're being pestered help us all out and report them!!! - Calley replies to joe| 5 repliesas I said RUBBISH!!! since my last post here, I've had 4 more calls from them!!! Try being pleasant to them and ask them kindly to remove your details then they might actually press ' do not call' instead of 'call back' ...

- Newbie replies to Calley| 3 repliesI work for NMS - Single mum and all the rest of you NMS workers or ex employees fare play for defending yourselves.
To the rest of you complaining about how we cold call you, how we sell you products etc try actually using your brains guys.
We are not selling anything, we are not telemarketers, we offer a consumer survey service, we ask you questions, you answer them, you get the info you request via text, calls, post. If you request nothing then its simple you get nothing.
Granted you will get the odd muppet calling you, but unfortunately no manner of employee screening will prevent that. I love working for NMS, i get to work in the comfort of my own home allowing me to do the many other things i need to do aswell as earning an income.
I think some of you may have forgotten such as the quoted post, we are human, we have feelings, we arent calling you to annoy you, we are calling because you didnt read the small print somewhere along the lines, thats your fault not ours.
If your nice to us we will be nice back its that simple. If you get an agent who isnt nice etc then report them, theres contact numbers and email addresses for our managers etc all over the internet. Singlemum stated that she is nice and tries to be helpful even by giving out some personal advice, im exactly the same.
If you do not want to be bothered by us etc, then chose your words carefully. When we disposition the calls we have guidelines to follow, if you state 'not interested' then we press that button, if you state 'do not call' we hit that button that then stops any further calls.
At the end of the day you have all got an opinion which is fare enough, but dammmmm stop being so abrupt with it. No amount of moaning, petitioning and complaining is ever going to stop us lol. We are not breaking any laws, rules or harassing you.
PS for those that think we are harrassing you, you may want to look up harassment laws ;-)
Harrassment is defined as an act that 'intimidates, causes concern for welfare, safety of persons or personal property'. For a case of harassment you need 3 seperate incidents that meet the full criteria otherwise in the eyes of the law you are not being harassed.
I cannot wait for your no doubtably not comments - but guess what guys, i speak to lovely people everyday of the week who take part in our surveys, im not bothered if the odd one tells me to F OFF or not. - Dee replies to Newbie| 2 repliesI have had so many calls from this company over the last two weeks in the last two days they have now called seven times. each time I have been polite and told them I am not interested and to please do not call again, it does not work. I am fed up now with cold calls. yes you have to earn a living but honestly when all you get is foreigners who cant even speak clearly and do not follow what you say then tough. Enough is enough
- Newbie replies to Dee| 1 replyI can completely understand your frustration but may i suggest instead of taking it out on the agents or on here why not contact the consumer survey helpline team they can assist you and look into stopping any future calls?
If you would like there details please let me know and i will post the contact number on here for you. Also if you clearly tell the agents to 'remove your details from there database' if they are not doing this then you should take note of their name and the time they call etc then pass these details on to the helpline team, as the agents are breaching company T&C's and could be taken of the dialler for breaching the company guidelines. All the calls are recorded for training and quality purposes so the compliance team can easily investigate these calls. - singlemum replies to NewbieIf I get a caller who says they have said no in the past etc, then I tell them to take my name and date and if they get another call to then explain that I called on that particular date and assured I clicked on not interested.
