Whois he ?

Who is this Grant H Bowles. Looked on lots of sites but cant find anything about him. Who is he and why is he involved.

My family and I had  minster legal  services come to the house to draw up new wills, Lasting powers of attorney and  FPTS last september 2010. The cost came to £6.500.00 and still  some things are not completed.However the things that we have recieved back have now been  checked by another solicitor due to our concerns etc  of this company and sadly it all turns out that they are not worth the paper they are written on.So be very aware all of you out there they are not what they claim to be.We paid by credit last year and dont know if we will get any of our  money back.

We were scammed by Minster Legal Services for £1350,work was not done properly or not at all.To anyone out there,do not trust anyone who asks for money upfront because when they disappear,which they will,you have no comeback.I know of a number of other people who were taken in by Minster.Do not trust any company who cold call you.

Jimbob,  If after reading all the comments here today please think twice before losing your money with any of the companies mentioned as they are all tarred with the same brush.

Heracles, One more thing,stop having a go at KW,at least they are trying to stop people being ripped off,all the mentioned companies were spawned one way or another from Minster Legal Services and they say a leopard never changes its spots and we know that these companies operate in a similar way like cold calling from a telephone directory page.As for 1000? satisfied customers what about the 10000?dissatisfied ones who have lost a very large amount of money.Do you care about cleaning up the will writing business?.If you did you company would be a member of the Society of Will Writers or similar.

Sorry if it seems that I keep hurting your feelings I didn't realise these comments affected you personally!!!
I simply came on here to warn the Elderly and vulnerable not to do business with the said people, and to inform them that it was the said companies that were calling them.
I can not take responsibility for other people adding their stories on here. Do you deny all the comments that have come from disgruntled clients, or are you going to accuse them of slurring your name too!

BEWARE THE COMPANY IS STILL SCAMMING PEOPLE AND ARE NOW CALLING THEM SELFS NATIONAL LEGAL ASSISTANCE. THE LEGAL SECRETARY IS (MRS JOY BELL) AND SHE DOES NOT HAVE  THE QUALIFICATIONS TO DO A FAMILY PROSPERITY  TRUST, THERE IS NO ONE THERE AT ALL QUALIFIED TO DO THIS WORK BUT THEY CONTINUE TO CARRY ON REGARDLESS.
NEVER GIVE YOUR MONEY UP FRONT FOR ANY LEGAL WORK UNTIL IT IS COMPLETED BY A REPUTABLE FIRM OF LAWYERS.
NEVER ALLOW  ANYONE TO YOUR HOME THROUGH COLD SELLING OVER THE PHONE TO DO A WILL OR ANY OTHER LEGAL  DOCUMENT.
PLEASE DONT BE CONNED BY THESE PEOPLE LIKE WE HAVE BEEN.THEY SWARM ON THE ELDERLY AND FUNERABLE, WATCH OUT IF YOUR PARENTS ARE IN CARE HOMES TOO, THEY GET  IN THESE PLACES ALSO TO GIVE  TALKS.
I HOPE THEY CATCH UP WITH THE FAT CATS VERY SOON.

And I was with you thinking this person has opinions that suggest they were a Director or someone deeply involved with the company.

Nancy if it sounds too good to be true it probably is, best you go with your instincts.

heracles' Thankyou for your comments this thread has been very useful to many readers that we have  been able to directed them to honest Solicitors so we wouldn't say it was a joke and we are sure the readers don't think so either.

It seems your the sort of person that see's attack as the best form of defence, we have merely replied to peoples comments.

people feel free to voice your opinions on here, this is a person who doesn't want the truth to be public.

Big words don't make you right, and it's obvious almost everyone on here wants retribution against the people who stole their money.

'LEAP FROG' Thankyou for your comments it is with regret that we didn't manage to warn you! we are sorry to hear that you and your family have suffered at the hands of these people and to hear that you have lost that kind of money, this is probably the highest amount to date that has been reported.
We assume that you have been to the Police.

DJ Thankyou for your comments We appreciate all support from all readers and especially those that have been scammed, it just verifies what we have been saying, and yes all companies spawned from Minster Legal Services (uk) Ltd have the same strings you just can't see who is pulling them!!!
We have contacted the LSB who assure us that they are taking this matter very serious, they are trying to get Will Writing regulated, all complaints to them will strenghten the cause to achieve this.
