Kept ringing, when I rang it back they say they have contacted me because I was mis-sold an endowment policy!!??

obvious rip-off merchants, called me saying they could help me claim back bank charges.

i had a phone call of them to about 3 months ago and guess what i got 2,500 in compensation looks like you lot lost out oh well never mind im sure u don't wont extra bit of money you IDIOTS

Had a call off these merchants, ignoring them is the best policy. It appears they're being investigated.

Advice is to ignore them, they're a bunch of crooks.

They are a regulated company they claim bak money 4 mis-selling endowments, PPI,credit card charges n bank charges. I got 40.0000 compansation for my endowment which Iwaz mis old I'm so grateful they rang me.

If I were that number I would put a few positive comments on this page and make you think I was genuine. If the people who say they got moent were real they wouldn't so rude about it. Best advice ignore them.

As the call originates from Ipswich area of Suffolk I'm assuming the positive comments and lack of grammar or use of proper english is by the inbreeding telesales that this company uses!!

They've rung twice now.  Wouldn't dream of following it up.  There's a bit of a clue in their 23 January comment about being regulated by the "ministry of justice".  Would that be in Metropolis - or Gotham City?

These guys are calling me to and my number is registered on the TPS (Telephone Preference Service) it has been registered there for over a year and these guys calling me against the telcoms regulations.

I looked at http://www.justice.gov.uk/ and could see no indication on the site that it is a regulatory body.  Experiences Connect contacted me out of the blue about my endowment policy and they sent me forms to make a claim.  However, they did not enter my date of birth correctly on the documents they sent me, after telling me that if I claim once about my endowment and any of the details are incorrect then I would never be able to claim again.  I have to wonder where they got the my contact information.  If I had miss-sold a lot of endowment policies and wanted to avoid claims, failed claims that could not be repeated would be like money in the bank to me.

I was also called on 31st March and I asked them where they got my contact details from and they replied a research questionaire we had filled in and ticked the box to say we had an endowment, which I did fill in. I have already contacted my insurance company in 2005, to try and get some money back and failed, but EMC seem to think that they might still be able to get some money back for us.  If they can, it will be money that I would not have already had, so I am going to use them, as it is a no win no fee basis.
