It is a company specialising in misold fiancial prducts,They have got a genuine registration number on ministry of justice site,They rang me about my endowment to see if they can get me some money back for it being misold to me .I am going to go for it as they do seeem a genuine company have a website and registered with ministry of justice and as they no win no fee got nothing to loose if i let them have a try as i was really worried as this endowment was supposed to pay our morgage in a few years time and is now going to fall shortm of several thousanfg! They got my details from doing some surveys!

keep getting silent calls from this number!!!!!!!

You help yourselves, you act illegally by ringing numbers listed on TPS, you ring all day every 20 mins or so and when that fails you start using one of your many other numbers and so it goes on. That is what you are doing with me anyway, why don't you leave a message and say who you are at least, you would if you were genuine.

All calls are made as person agreed to details being passed on to third parties when doing survey either on internet telephone or high street, they then buy the data from company who did survey. Some of you people really make me laugh, if you dont want calls then why are you completing survey's? Who's relly the stupid ones? ! The company in question are however genuine and yes you can claim yourselves but they do it for you. At the end of the day most of you cant be bothered to do it yourselves so why not let them take their fee? I just dont think it's fair to slate people like this when they have helped people.

As an employee of Experiences Connect  "Morons" working with this phone number you all have recieved calls from I have a few points that I would like to add to the list of perfectly valid points and opions.

I work as claims adviser for the introducry service to EMC,  and personally help around 20 people a week claim back compensation and financial redress of which 10 were unaware that they could be entitled too the other 10 unaware of how to do so, I work using data provided by lifestyle surveys of which we sponser questions asking "do you have or have you ever had " a product of which we can assist with, This is mainly gathered by telephone surveys and internet surveys of which the people being called have clearly indicated they have a product we can potentially help with and that we can contact them in reguards too, In respect to people with TPS  your number has been given by a member of your household maybe even yourself whilst completing the survey so then is basicly requesting a call. There are many different forms the surveys take and the questions are asked but the data is paided for by exp in good faith with information you or a member of your household has given, The TPS is good at stopping cold calls,we are calling back as requested

As a claims adviser i make little more that minimum wage after tax for working a 40 hour week to feed my family and recieve free eye tests 4 weeks holiday good working conditions, I enjoy my job as i can honestly say that i do help people. i make around 80 calls a day of which i am unable to help 80 of the people i call id say that out of the 80ish calls i make 40 of the people i speak to are rude to me and unwilling to give me the chance to explain the reason for the call , 30 i am unable to help for various reasons including false indications  and 10 have something we can potentially look into and are happy to allow me the time to explain myself and the service i can provide through EMC . its a shame if the people i can help have been put off through lack of knowledge about what we do to help around 4000 a month, www.expconnect.net please if you've had a call take the time to check out our website to see what we are able to offer before you put us down as a cold calling sales company and take away our chance to help you before you know why

I received a call from 01473241700.  i had filled in an online survey.  I had never thought of getting compensation for my endowment, it seemed a lot of work for potentially nothing, so if the company get me any money, and want 42% so be it 58% of something is better than all of nothing!!

Rang and then when I answered, they just hung up.

Called me today and claimed to be a company called The Endowment Misselling Advisory Service operated by the Ministry of Justice. There is no record of such an entity on the Ministry of Justice website.
Wanted to talk about making a claim for misselling on my behalf on a no win no fee basis. Not relevant so not followed up.
I am registered with TPS so they shouldn't have called anyway!

Look on www.claimregulations.gov.uk and do a authorised business search.
fsa are banks and mortages etc ministry of justic is courts police etc. yes if youd even bothered to search google you would know they are a reptuable company aswell. Just one last note. Those of you that said details are wrong thats cause they obviously use the details from the survey and you correct them. What is it with the public now adays where u to quick to judge if there registered and its free stop moaning and whining if its not costing you a penny who the hell cares.

This company it a rip off money back for mis-sold ...... They do not have enough staff for their Outbound Dialler - therefore many calls have nobody on the end of them.

yes pestered with these calls 1-5 times per week asked to be removed from list but they still call what can i do to stop these calls ?

Received call this evening, high pressure, seem to know a lot, refused to give them any information as did not know who they were but left me with tel no and extension and told me to check them out on website.   Charge 41% commission on anything they get back for you on endowment misselling - thought it was already too late to claim anyway?   Would not do business over phone anyway - hope there are no gullible people out there who do without checking these cold callers first.

I am on TPS , have been for years and it makes no difference, they still get through.

Had a call last night and they rang hubby night before who told them to speak with me.
It was regarding endowment policy's and that if they are not going to pay on the full value. He told me there could be some monies for me and gave me there fee which is 41.125% of the monies they recover.
All seemed lagit is sending out forms in post.

I did phone them this morning and he does work for them.

I have had two calls so far; second time, thinking that this was a bona fide company decided to Google PRIOR to calling back - got you instead and quite angered by the fact that this is not a Financial Services Authority department. Thank God I found out that they are yet another cold calling "compensation" company!! Like many others, I also am registered with TPS, so how have they go our details - most worrying!

1st call from this company last night. Just another cold calling company trying to make money and at 41.125% commission have they got any jobs for me!! No wonder they call everyone they can, TPS registration or not.

Wonder how far they can go back in time on these customer life style surveys that gives them a legitimate excuse for contacting you? (even if you are TPS REGISTERED). I have filled them in but a long time ago and when they tell you thats why they have called, is there any way of checking if this is true?

Seems to me the Communications Regulator has lost control of the situation and it is a battle we will never win.

Does this make me a pessimist, optimistic or a realist? lol.........
