gettin quite pissed off now, just like half u lot they have hung up once i answered, if they wanna help me then they can stop making me pause my film or get outta bed to ring them back!! it will cost me £95 a minute i bet anyway!

I have just this minute received a call from this company--suspicious right away as they got my forename wrong and surname??!!  But dont understand what they have to gain out of asking you about a policy that has already been cashed in?

right after finding this site following several calls from this number i decided to telephone them myself to find out what the hell was going on and why the hangups and the answer i got is :- the number belongs to a company that is investigating the miss selling of endowment policies so anyone that's ever bought an endowment policy will at some point get a call from this number but the number is actually hooked up to an answer machine which automatically calls a load of numbers and if someone answers their phone a tad faster than you answer yours all you will get on answering yours is a hangup!! so by all means phone these people back and ask to be taken off their list like i just did and you shouldn't get a phone call from this number again!  hope this helps someone!

first of all you can register for the telephone preference service which once your number is registered you should not receive anymore unsolicited calls from sales people - you can also stop those silent calls by telephoning 08443722325 and register your number you should then not receive any more hang up calls or silent calls!

I just had a call from this number, as I was avoiding calls from my Bank I didn't answer. I know that some of the insurance policies with credit cards are not worth having and some people have been able to claim, not sure if this company is for real, but they are not going to do it for nothing either way.

It keeps calling me as well,which is really peeing me off,and the next time they will get a piece of my mind....im with the TPS so why does this happen???

I have no idea who it is as they never leave a message and if i answer i cant hear anything.

Silent calls from 01473241700 this afternoon. According to the comment I see from "Experiences Connect Limited" they should not be calling me as I have registered with TPS and if those are the "services" that they offer then they have no right or reason to be trying to ring me as I am most definitely not "people that would like our assistance", nor have I ever been, nor have I ever had any of the problems that they claim to help with.

it all depends where there call centre is if its outside the UK TPS won't block it.

Hi there, this company helps to claim compensation for a 40% of the amount I may be due, I would have never done it, so 60% of something was better than what I had was a 100% of nothing, I didn't even know this exisited.  They are a call centre, but they really did help, they could withhold there number & you would never know who called.  I checked them out with there regulation body, and yes they really did get me money, not a life changing amount, but they got me something and in this day and age that was a good thing, they never took any upfront payment and they did exactly what they pitched. I am ex directory but I was glad to get the call how ever they got my details it really did help me.

Ring,Ring,Ring,Ring,Ring 9 out of 10 times they hang up when I answer, when someone does answer they tried to sell me life insurance, on another occasion same number, my daughter answered and they said they were a firm called Express Delivery, it must be some sort of scam as I hadn't ordered anything that needed delivering. it did cross my mind that they hang up so people ring back and they are then charged £1.50 a min. I wouldn't give these people any information what so ever I'm sure they are looking for vulnerable people to rip off.

They have called me several times. As I have caller ID I have not answered.

Been getting the calls for over a month.  Here is how the call centre works.  A computer dials the next set of numbers in sequence. When one of their operators hangs up, the next call in line is forwarded to them. If you do not speak when you answer, the call does not get put through to an operator, and the system hangs up.
Right, I answered tonight and asked who was calling, and how they got my number (seeing as ex-directory).  She said I had filled in a questionnaire for them, so at this point I informed her I wasn't interested and asked for my details to be taken off the system, which she was happy to do.
As far as I remember, the only questionnaire I have filled in lately was one of those £,1000 in vouchers for matalan emails which was about 6 weeks ago.

If you want to stop getting harrassed by them, just answer and ask to be taken off the system.

Answering the phone to hear nothing for 5 seconds then the other person has ended the call. Sounds dodgy to me, even if it is a genuine company what kind of calling pratice is that.

Got a call from this number and they hung up on me.
When I rang back they did the same.
Even if it is genuine, they are very unprofessional in their dealing with customers.
