- ChazPhone continually!!! Never give up.
- RPH replies to experiences connect limitedI call [***]. Your number has cold called me at least seven times, each time with a blank line on answering. I am TPS registered. I have not asked for your services and I have no endowment, bank or credit charges. If I ever pick up the phone and actually get a person on the line they are going to get an earful.
I would never even consider any company that cold called. - pargle-woorpa replies to n oddySURE BUBB! A NICE BIT OF SELF ADVERTISING THERE METHINKS. ARE YOU TRYING TO SAY EVERYBODY WILL GET £2500? BLLX
IF PEOPLE WANT THE "MONEY", THEY DON'T NEED HARRASSED BY ANYONE ELSE - FerritIt's an outfit called EMC advisory services. A bunch of spivs who will charge you a fortune for a "service" you can do yourselves. The well known PPI and miss sold endowment scam.
- Caller: EMC advisory services

- anxious92 replies to annsmuirbob| 1 replyhes a good guy! i work at experiences connect (emc advisory service) as well and i love my job. we average about 200 calls a day. about 50 of those calls are people who have complained before and failed. 50 are no answers, answer machines etc. and no people we cannot leave answer machine messages anymore as we comply with the data protection legislation therefore to chat away on an answer machine about a financial matter may it be past or present would be wrong as i speak to many people every day who have had an endoment with ex partners etc who wouldent want other people in the household to know, so we are trying to respect your privacy!
another 50 are rude people who slam the phone down on you half the time before they even let you speak.. i mean come on people i would understand if i was trying to sell you double glazing or whatever but im not. we offer no win no fee no risk basis. we are registered with the MOJ. www.expconnect.net check it yourselfs our authorised code is CRM1870. but to those people who i speak to everyday who are lovely, who are not rude and give me the time of day to do my job and help you guys out, i thankyou all. because i got home everyday thinking ive helped win someone back money that they wouldent have had before i called. we have managed to win over £160 million for our clients so far, if you want to be a part of that, give us a call or give us the time of day when we phone you. you may be plesently suprised1 :) - The PositivesI used to work for Experiences Connect (note 'used to' so I don't have to be writing this).
The company helps a lot of people claim back money on mis-sold products that they were unaware were even mis-sold in the first place. Yes they charge for the service, but everyone knows nothing is free in this world! It's no win no fee so they only charge for the work that they do. This could be a couple of letters (although I have to say you'll be very naive to think that one letter to the company would persuade them to cough up. It takes persistence and I don't think many individuals would have the patience to see it through - there are loads of people who have tried to claim and failed, then contacted EMC but unable to claim again) or it could go to the Financial Obudsman. Even if it goes this far and fails, you will not be charged. The money you 'pay' is from the compensation so you're getting 60% of something as opposed to 60% of nothing. I hate this saying but you do the maths.
The telephone numbers are used after someone in the household filled in a questionnaire (doesn't have to be within the last few weeks, could have been years ago) indicating that you currently have or have had one of the products in question.
I understand that persistent phone calls can be annoying. However shouting and hanging up does nothing. You need to ask to be taken off the system, the same with any telesales company. I've had phone calls from people demanding not to be called again but who would refuse to give me their name or number so I could not physically ensure they were not called.
I'm willing to defend them further but will not argue. All I can say is they are a good, legitimate company who can help you if you have something they deal with. Judging by the number of thank you letters they receive, a lot of people are happy with the service and the result (over 90% success rate). By all means try it yourself with 'a single letter and a stamp' but all I can say to that is good luck. I know there will be other negatives on here but here is my attempt at clarification. - wulibackI don't appreciate these 'silent calls'.
I now recognise this number and will not pick up again.
Have the company ever considered elderly people who may get really upset or frightened when their 'phone rings and no one speaks?- Caller: Not Known - no-one speaks!!
