I've rang up before saying I was interested in investing and asked the girl I spoke to would the investment be through CapitaOak..she replied YES!! She asked If I wanted someone to call me back..I said no..maybe that was a mistake...

One earlier post was removed, it had details of a due diligence report and cast doubt over solicitors & surveyors involved and their past involvement with a certain person.

Hi Paul, can you let me have your direct email address, I will let you have details of the SRA. I have worked within the legal peodession for a number of years, the prodession is currently, and not before time, undergoing a clean up/clear out, the SRA is a regulatory body that will investigate any activities which a Legal Firm has been involved with, where an official complaint is made and evidence provided to support that complaint. However, as we are having to be guarded over what we say, I would rather provide you with rhis information via your email address. As soon as I hear anythinh further, I will post the same.

Wondering if the same thing was applied to capita oak..by that I mean saying that the loan back wasnt "taxable" as it was from another member of the scheme..rubbish either way...
Again, to the best of my knowledge, I look at Capita Oak being a little different...I dont think anyone accessed the pension prior to age 55...doesnt get away from the fact that that we dont know where the assets are exactly...

I too have had JP Sterling transfer my Post Office pension of £35,000 for a 5% and said it was transferred to Capita Oak. I cannot contact them or get a number for them and have had no letters or anything. I am worried sick. Can anyone please help me get my monies back, Andrew Graham 01292282498
