after being a previous employee, and reading some of the posts made about this number, I can say whole heartedly this company is a bunch of muppets, and the majority of the posts before mine which say you should pay your debts or back up the company were actually made by employees of the company.

let them take you to court and explain the way they've went on the to judge
report them to the fsa, the financial ombudsman and trading standards,

be strong , stand firm and send them packing.

Yeah this is for a debt collection agency. I took out a mobile phone contract 18 months ago and ever since have been receiving calls for a guy I won't name about his debt. Over 10 collection agencies and all of them will not talk to me or removing me from their lists. Only option is new number as these numbers especially this one are very persistent even if your are nothing to do with the debt. Very irritating.

I received message at work to say McKenzie Hall called re a personal business matter.  I dd try and ring back was left holding on for some time and then I decided to hang up and check them out on web.  Now knowing they are a debt collection company or a spam will not follow them up and I am 100% confident I have no outstanding debt.  However a bit of a concern that they somehow got through to me in a hospital!

my mother in law has had 3 phone calls from this number saying its a debt recovery agency. she hasnt actually got any debts outstanding so they have no reason to be calling.

My parents are also being hounded by these muppets, the phone around 6-7pm at night, then when you actualy get to phone them back the buggers deny the ever did phone you, from now on they will be bluntly told to bugger off if they call again, they will soon get the message. If that dosnt work they will be hit with a court order for harrassing a 75 year old disabled pensioner.

THESE SET OF WA****S ARE EVEN USING A HULL TELEPHONE NUMBER TXTING SAYING CONTACT MH ON 01563554540 REGARDING AN ACC NUMBER IVE NEVER HAD BAD DEBTS IN MY LIFE SO MH AND THE HULL COMPANY CAN GO F**K THEMSELVES WITH AN AIDS INFESTED [***].

I've had the same! Not impressed these lowlifes are calling me at work!

Especially as last time they called I didnt acknowledge whether I was the person they were after and advised them that the number they were calling was a private company landline that does not accept personal calls. Yet they've still contacted me twice on it in the last 2 days.

Mackenzie Hall keep leaving messages on my mobile which is PAYGo. Never had a debt in my life. Now ringing my landline (which is on telephone preference) at least twice a day, but I let it go to answerphone.
No reference number or name to contact, just ring this number 01563554540.
Don't know what to do to make them stop.

Debt collection is not covered by TPS, only Sales.

The Office of Fair Trading that Debt Collectors are required to adhere to   -  at least if they want to keep their license.    Have a look at that on http://www.oft.gov.uk/about-the-oft/legal-powers/legal/cca/debt-collection  to check if your caller is keeping within it.

By the way, it is worth putting your mobile number onto TPS too.

I have no outstanding debt and they keep ringing me. Why?

I had a voicemail from them and I have my voicemail switched off with my provider??? Phone never rang just an alert saying new voicemail. Meesage was to call some [***] at MH.

Mackenzie Hall debt Collectors - Nasty Bunch of people that try aggressive tactics and although debt has been partly paid the overall figure seams to keep going up with interest.

Threatening, Aggressive, Argumentative and outright rude.
