well ive been getting these calls ALOT and how am i ganna stop them as im in the same boat as you guys on ere...anyone know how i can phone them back as i wanna have it out with them im not happy with there service askin for someone all the time who dont even live here. plz help me ta Tinorfing

clls me two or three times in 10 minits and no one there,pisses me of tell em to STOP.

We keep getting calls from this number, always asking for the same person who has never lived at this address. Repeated requests to stop calling us & take us off their database have had no effect.

0161 241 2080 keeps calling asking for a Mr Lees who does not live here.
8 calls per day.

Me too - just back from holiday and had a couple of weird messages on answer machine, one containing a foreigner shouting "Islam islam islam".

They have hung up every time today, until 5 minutes ago...an indian (??) lady who I could not understand a word of said something about clearing my debts. As soon as I told her that I was registered with TPS and was interested to know how she'd got our number she apologised and hung up.

This is what I love about 1471 and Google. I will be complaining if they ring again.

I just received a call from this number, but didn't answer. cos didnt get to the phone in time, however I just rang it back and it rang for 2 seconds then said the number you have dialled has not been recognised!!!

this is a number that just phoned. they ought to get a life. they get any numbers from a business and sell them on to cold callers. tell them to f off then they get the message.

Call centre in asia somewhere called chrystal debt solutions. Not trying to sell me anything. I subscribe to the TPS and am still getting these calls. I instructed the company tp remove my number from their records and not to call me again as they are legally obliged to have to do. However this man continued to try and flog me his services!!!

this number calls me twice daily!sometimes its male sometimes female.surely there must be a law against this as it feels like harassment!they asked my daughter who is ten what our family name was and she told them! now they ask for mr or mrs and our family name! this is just terrible i am scared to answer the phone which may i add is ex directory!

they keep phoning ... asking for the owner of the number, house etc and hang up when I ask them to remove my number from their records!

Number not recognised when I ring back...Pain in the [***] cos it keeps happening.

Just got this number - looking for the missus - when I said she wasn't in "I'll call back later", then hung up

Did 1471, got the number, then called back witholding my number - got the same as "Stu" on the 28th

It rings once, then "the number you dialed has not been recognised, please check and try again" message, so obviously they ARE answering the call, and playing out this message, for which you get charged....

I have just recieved at least 10 calls in a row from a man that sounded indian wanted to talk to me about debt manegement but i kept hanging up on him by the 4th call he just wanted to talk dirty teling me i had a sexy voice and that he wanted to f--k me i called  him a lot of things and hung up but he would just call back if i let it go to answer machine he did nt speak when i tried to ring the number back the message was it was a wrong number. This person is just a sicko and if the company exists they are a waste of time as well

Man with indian accent called last night asking for a miss. Mclachlan. Told him she doesn't live here, never has. He then wanted my name. Was told no and he hung up.
Just had the same man call me this mornign again asking for her. Said theat i'd told him last night she doesn't live here. Then I told him i was TPS registered and he shouldn't be calling. Didn't get the full sentence out before he said F**k you and hung up.
Charming people.  I had similar calls a few months ago with a different number.

just had a call from these guys, heavy indian accent again.
did my usual trick of saying i'll just get him for you and then put the phone next to the tv so he had a couple of mins of tigger before he hung up. no call backs as yet.

I got a call from this no. yesterday from an Indian sounding gentleman, saying that they were calling re: my "unsecured debts", which I don't have!  I am also registered with the TPS, so was a bit peeved that I was contacted at all, but also spooked that he asked for a man sharing my maiden surname- hope there's no identity theft going on!!  When I tried to call the no. back to establish which company it was, an automated message said that it was not recognised.

Just had a phone call from this number, no one spoke, could only hear background noise.  After a minute i hung up, no doubt they will call again
