Churchwood Finance are the company behind Crystal Debt Advisory 0844 846 6519 and 0161 241 2080 which cold call claiming to solve your debts through an IVA etc. for a 20% fee. Do not give them any information. Not even your name when answering. They are a pest and will call you anytime day or night (really! oh yes they will ).  If you are on the TPS report them to the ICO it will make a difference, In fact if you have no debts at all they still will try to sell you help with an IVA. They can be very rude and even use foul language at you if are not 'cooperative' with them as reported in many other complaints. Avoid Churchwood Finance and associated companies like the plague. You have been warned. Use a debt charity such as www.stepchange.org
