his real name is Nathan Roche he works for danny kay at worldwide at the meridian buisness ctr THIS IS A SCAM I KNOE BECAUSE I FELL FOR THERE TRICKS. they ring people out of thomson local and yell.com claming there on their database. they have moved on to facebook and they say they garuntee 50.000 targeted impressions this is [***] as they take the money wait till it goes through then ditch the customer

Just got a cold call from Net Search Media this morning ... as I was caught by a similar company a while back I feel its importasnt to flag this type of scamming up to any small businessed starting out ...
If in doubt search on the web for information ... Personally I do not accept business advertising from cold callers.
You are your own boss choose your own advertising carefully, and dont have it pushed onto you

I typed the details into the computer and found a long list of complaints regarding Scams

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! I was told i would 100,000 impressions on facebook for a months, my ad never came up and then they debited my account again and the end of the month called and was told i would have to cancel in writing, which I did and then they took more money out. Currently speaking to my bank.

They are absolute cowboys!

I had a cold call from 0161 236 9957 who said he was from Net Search Media.  Immediately smarmy and over friendly and started by saying he could guarantee my kennel would be the only kennel shown on FB to all the local users who own a dog.  He went through all the figures of the FB users in my area who owned a dog and that would guarantee that the new business income would cover all advertising costs with them.  Currently £120 a month and I could run the advert for one month or two months or how many I wished.

I tried to tell him that I wasn't interested but he kept coming back with more and more pressure.  I chucked back at him that he was cold selling and he said he wasn't he was a campaign manager !!!!!   All in all I got ratty with him and told him I wasn't interested and he then got snotty and said that I would miss out on such a great opportunity and he would sell the space to another kennel so I told him to go ahead!!!

Very hard sell, obnoxious and wouldn't take no for an answer so I took the number and searched and found these comments.  OK it's a different number but the company is the same - what a relief to have told him to get lost!!!

I have just phoned net search media asking if they were worldwide marketing solutions as this is the company i am trying to get hold of, i was told they are and they are not, basically they are joining together she told me.
I then phoned net search media back to say sorry i will not be going ahead with your campaign due to the fact they are part of worldwide marketing solutions, the young girl replies no we are not. what a load of bulls*it  her colleague has just told me they are.
I mentioned all of the bad reviews online and her reply was all company's have bad reviews, NET SEARCH MEDIA are full of it and thank god they did not pull the wool over my eyes DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL COSTS

I went with them last year and luckily just did a single month. Got out of it after that because couldn't afford advertising and wasn't impressed. Looking back over these posts and my correspondence they are just a scam company.

Trouble is that they KEEP phoning me pestering me trying to get me to advertise, completely oblivious to the fact I've already tried advertising with them. Must have had about 5 or 6 calls from them in the past few months. Bordering on nuisance/harassment!

I asked to be taken off their database and apparently they can't do it as they get their data fed from a computer system taken from wedding directories online. He said I should remove myself from them online. What a load of rubbish, I am rarely listed online and how am I supposed to know what site they are getting my phone number from. So annoying.

We have had the same problem as all of you! - now with ads running with FACEBOOK.  PLEASE PLEASE do not go with them they are complete con artists and they do not respond to emails.  The best thing to do is to contact your bank/ credit card and stop the card as they will keep on taking out money without your authorisation.  There is no way of checking that you are having Hits as they dont give you a tracker to check, they tell you which is [***]

Chris, Yes we were in the same boat my partner was sucked in but i was uneasy about it a "told you so" situation!!

Net Media Search - is a total Con need to be investigated by Trading Standards.

I was sucked in big time.  They took the first month and then the second.  Told them when I booked with them not to take the second as I couldn't afford it but they still did.  I have told my bank and they are in the process of getting my money back.  I can't believe that with this many complaints they are still in business.  I have lost £300 and I bet I am just the tip of the iceburg.  

If you are considering this company, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

They conned me i've just got money back from bank (visa ) now there trying to send a debt recovery

Im a victim too. But I promise to screw this company up so badly that every single one will be jobless for the rest of their lives......

I am so very angry that this company are scamming people (myself included) .  I have emailed them threatening to go to Watchdog/ombudman but never receive a reply.
It's not fair that they're getting away with this!!!!!!  I've very recently given up my job to concentrate on my business and trusted that what these people were saying was true and feasible.  Instead I have just wasted £120 which I could have spent on real advertising.

I have cancelled my credyit card and called Worldwide Marketing Solutions and they advised that I am only in the trial month period so as long as I send a cancellation email once my stat report has been received, they will not take further money. From the sounds of everyone else's problems this is unlikely to happen!

I signed up for month 1 and was told that they would not continue without me letting them know. Month 1 was rubbish so I didn't renew and left it ignoring their calls from then. I have found out today they have been charging me for 8 MONTHS! £800!!! I am livid! The guy said I was meant to notify them in writing but that was NOT what I was told on the phone not sure what to do now the guy said they have done everything legally and I should have read the T&C. I don't remember getting a T&C and I trusted what the guy said on the phone V upset!

utter cod shi* i have had a great response with netsearch media, just because some of you like to moan, you have to think about how many happy customers they must have.
