Can't believe that the cleaners missed this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7rQDOGpojAA when they were so protective about preserving the opacity of the "Barry Chronicles" lest the searchlight of truth shone on them. Remember the zealot Pastor Barry and the BYOB Bring Your Own Barry parties days? Yeah I reckon BaZ is made for the music business - no paperwork / compliance issues - 94 to 1 in days

Yes the factual data from companies house and whois records was just  too incriminating to be left up. Too many loose ends and names were tied up and revealed. Criminals will go to to extraordinary lengths to protect their revenue streams by concealing evidence to escape prosecution. Having it dotted around the web in different places is one thing. Having it all on show on one thread invites unwelcome scrutiny from the authorities and media.

EVERY single page on this thread from 1 to 10 has been selectively cleansed by editing it.

Pages 10 -17 have been removed.

Not just gossip but linked data and verifiable facts as well. Below is the evidence, simply compare the live page and the cached version.  The first link is the live page. The second the cached page.

Live and cached pages for 11 - 17: live pages have been removed and some pages are uncached

I suggest interested parties save each page as a PDF or original HTML before it is cleansed again.

Likewise its cached un-cleansed equivalent as a PDF or original HTML before Google re-indexes.

This post may be removed within hours so if you find it a useful tool, save it too.

I cant seem to get this to work, I had printed off a hard copy anyway for my tribunal, I've got pages 14-18, I can certainly put anything back up that anybody was looking for.

The fake posts have been removed.

Please note that it's against the TOS to post under different nicknames.

Julia and/or Steve.

Sorry to hijack this thread, but would it be possible for you to link in with the ICO, whereby they offer there own latest reports on scams etc that have been dealt with, seems to me that this site is the most popular complaint forum for unwanted calls, but its lacking any 'punch' in getting stuff done.  Heres hoping anyway.

Try http://www.ico.gov.uk/enforcement.aspx to see if that meets your needs.

If the above post is directed at me, no thats not what I meant.

The ICO have setup a section just for scam and unwanted calls, this forum has nothing but those things, why not get the two linked together?.

Just seems a waste of everyones time to have to post here then run off to the ICO and do the post all over again.

Get the two linked up somehow.

did you know also that you can use something like http://iplogger.org/, ip's are'nt specific but when combined with an email message source which gives you the ip of the sender, you can get an idea of what certain people are writing. If you've received emails from them as well.

What about the ico? This is all about me losing my job not about dodgy telephone calls

23 Feb 2013's MoneyBox BBC Radio 4 Programme continued to discuss the great Pension Liberation Scam with the Minister responsible for pensions, Steve Webb. Listen to the grilling Webb gets and how little the government is doing despite the £4 million a week being scammed.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b01qspjg PENSION UNLOCKING
For the third week we return to the growing crime of persuading people to transfer their pension savings into recently registered pension schemes and taking huge fees for illegally letting them have some of their money back. This week - the legal aspects. Is the law adequate to help trustees stop the transfer when they suspect a scam? And if not, will the Government pass new laws to protect desperate people from the crooks - and themselves? We speak to a pensions lawyer and Pensions Minister Steve Webb.

Sounds like David has done it again, sorry to see you have also been exposed to this man, I would be very interested to know  how he explained his way out of what he did to us, if you need to know the true facts I would be more than willing to share, it would be interesting to compare notes,  we have also had a visit from the MOJ, there are but a few of us who are prepared to tell the truth.  The wheel does eventually turn, I see he  has had his MOJ licence suspended, but alas that does not stop him, another poor sole is been hoodwinked.

This company never traded, but all your savings would be welcome.

Interesting not far from the truth, I could fill in the blanks!!!

sent you an email.

I cannot believe that you are now using this service to discredit both Barry and David Hargreaves. What have any of these people done to you ? Both are genuinely good guys doing a good service to people

Have they both got the same surname now? Has Barry changed it again? Civil partnership?

Ha Ha, thats almost as good as him shooting his dog while he takes it for a walk, serves him right for writing his own fan mail.
