I had a call from these charachters but
Used 1471.They are best avoided and don't
Deserve the time of day.

Received a call from this number and as above it was automated.
Put the phone down and entered the number on my call blocker.

How did they get my home number,as i'm ex-directory?!?My phone ran for a good 2 minutes!Who can i report this to?I'm gettin totally PISSED OFF with these type of calls!!I got a call last week,saying i've got £5,000 from my accident..I've not had/been in an accident!!as for PPI...

Similar to Peter Lancs on 17/10/12.
Nearly 2 months and none of the agencies to which these calls have been reported have closed it down.
Appalling but unsurprising - perhaps we should try the new Police Commissioners?

Just received the £1000 bonus call, why havent they bee shut down?

I have received the same phone call 4/5 times. It's a total scam, all I know is that the caller is based somewhere in Manchester.
I hope that no one has been naive enough to go forth with pressing 5 or 9.
There is also another call that I get at least 2-4 times a week from someone telling me I have virus on my computer, they claim to be from Microsoft, but again, it's another scam.

Try calling the number back and bothering them instead, I have great fun pissing them off! =]

I had call from this number but hung up ,called it back to see if genuine but just a recording on it hope not charged premium rate fir this call

Got a nuisance call from this number saying taht I was due a £100 penison bonus - who can I report this to to stop them making unsolicited calls like this - or better still to get them fined?

Scammer offering me £1000 from a pension as I am under 60.  Obviously they don't have a database as I am a lot older than that.  They asked me to press 5 or 9, but having learned from various helpful websites that this just identifies my number as 'live' to be sold to other scammers, I put the phone down.  When is our toothless government watchdog going to stop these scammers.... they even have a Manchester phone no. so are not even Indian, so how can they carry on this racket?

Called from this number today - pre-recorded message about a £1,000 refund. Invites one to press 5 to connect or 9 to "unsubscribe".  Message does not identify who is ringing and is unclear about why a refund is forthcoming.

Message (at 5pm 10/12/12) said urgent about claiming £1000 back fropm a private pension if under 60. Then man answered and asked if I was in a private pention and was under 60 and not in same work. Then hung up. Did a 1471 to get 01619 610056. Answers as a custiomer number not allocated.

Would like to know who/why called and report it.

Got another one afew minutes ago. Tried the `5` and got a guy who immediately hung up when asked what organisation he represented. Needs someone to try and keep them talking with a load of bull in order to get them to send you something in writing. With that you can unleash the Hounds of Hell on them!

I just don't answer any call beginning with 01619 these days, they all seem to be from unscrupulous people attempting to transfer some or all of your cash into their accounts.

THE PENSIONS HELPLINE LIMITED is apparently NOT regulated/registered with the FSA - thus highly suspect.

Had this telephone call today regarding a pension bonus. Their facts were incorrect and I should not be getting these calls.

Just called me now. We have TPS but it seems to make no differance. How do we come off there lists?:

All unsolicited pre recorded and silent calls and texts should be reported to The Information Commissioner's Office.  It's easy to do on the ICO website and you do not need the caller's name, only the number.  They recently fined two men £400,000 for sending this type of message, so it is worth reporting .  TPS does not deal with this type of call.
