Yep just received a phone call today re the negative feed back on the site, this is an email from Jamie, when we decided to terminate his employment with the company and obviously wanted to come back. I feel this unprofessional approach to business is only having negative feedback for him.

As far as I can see, I bend over backwards for this company, I neglect Sheena I neglect my family and I do it because I respect you and I trust what you say and want to achieve things. Iv always been upfront and honest with you as I was yesterday. My honesty and integrity should not be in doubt and it hurts that the situation is as it is. I to am honest and open as I hope you have come to learn over the past 6 months.

There have been a number of reasons since New Approach that my relationship with Sash has deteriorated all be it behind closed doors but the rift is evident considering we no longer associate outside of work. Taking this into account my belief is that Sash enjoys attempting to make me look a fool either by blatant lies of which I have examples or by planting seeds of doubt and stirring the cauldron. All these issues remain in my head and are not expressed because I no longer do politics. When I have an issue I raise the issue, when sash has an issue I advise him to raise the issue.

If I not telling Sheena about what has happened means that you do not want to be in business with me then so be it I don’t think it is right but so be it. However all other things taken into account my work ethic has and always will remain unchecked and on that basis forcing me completely out of the door based on a personal issue I have with Sheena should not be taken into account when “firing” a member of staff

Ex Employee - 4 Oct 2009I really need to say something about this post.

I worked for New Approach Marketing, at the time Jamie was in the call centre and everything was going so well. Jamie decided to setup on his own and after a couple of local beers with other members of New Approach staff, we were promised directorships in the new company been formed, dot com chrome, promised the earth, because we were all friends.

Around four of us started working in Sale and it was great, doing deals, finishing work early, drinking in a local pub next to the office, had a really good time and it was fun. Four months later the cracks started to appear, we were not been paid "commission only" and Jamie deciced to lie and cheat, to his "friends" so we ended up with nothing, basically sacked, because Jamie was constantly unprofessional, towards staff and clients.

I'm now working for an ex employee of dotcomchrome and she runs a professional operation, locally and many other ex employees have joined us, just happy again and doing some serious business. I was very good friends with Jamie, but like everyone else, have divorced myself away from his unstable head, he really needs to see a specialist.

There is a massive difference between Jamie and Andy, if anything Jamie has no friends, was vindictive when he left New Approach and constantly went on and on about the company and Andy Dryden, who is actually very professional and runs a tight ship, so this is a message to Andy?

Craig, Ben etc have all fallen out with the tool, really wish that we had never left and listened to his lies, but after working with his dad, i know exactly and jamie knows what i'm talking about. He gets on with nobody, very sad place where he is now and cant trust anyone.

Don't listen to this knob, you're a great guy and hopefully things are going well for you and for any other readers of Jamie's posts towards Andy Dryden, then i can finally put the record stright, you will never be like Andy ,he's loyal and trustworthy and in my book successful, never once messed the lads around, unlike the complicated liar you are, so keep ripping off your customers and providing no service, because only benefits us over here and actually speaking to one of your employees last week, who's due to leave soon, so that's another fall-out on your list and another member of staff.

I was called by Doc chrome and the salesman went through the process as if he was from google, he tried extremely hard to pressure me into doing the deal before 17:30 cape town time and offered a good discount which seemed like a good idea. When i said to him that i like to buy things and not get sold items he was pretty aggressive and then phoned me at least 5 times on my mobile even after i had said that i wasnt going to make a decision that day. because of his manner i will not do business with them

The previous posts have all been written by dotcomchrome, in order to discredit the company and myself, but there is enough evidence above for people to see the unprofessional way that dot com chrome conduct themselves, they seem to upset everyone in the UK and now S.A., but something good comes from something bad.

This seems to have worked because two S.A. clients have called this morning and paid by EFT, who had previously spoken to dotcomchrome. There is not a credit card culture in South Africa so NEVER give your details, EFT is the culture and any established business in S.A. can accept EFT as the method of payment.

Hopefully you will see form my latest and previous posts, that unfortunately this company can blog negative comments about competitors and positive comments about themselves.

There are lots of professional companies, selling Google, like Lavora who have posted on this site, who offer a good level of service, competition like this is healthy for the industry

their behaviour is consistent all around the world. i cancelled and my mail came back not at this address. so i cancelled my credit card knowing it was a scam.

since then....no stop harassment. threatening legal stuff now. i told them to bugger off.

Guy spoke to me for hours then when I sussed him called me a knob and hung up. I'm sure they've called me before under different names, real internet companies do business over the Internet after all, not via cold calling.

found the above thread for new approach marketing, my suspicions are confirmed! turns out jamie mcdougall one of the owners of chrome actually set up new approach marketing as well! they appear to be one and the same entity!

DISGRUNTLED - Think you're missing the beat.

Jamie worked for New Approach and was dismissed, if you care to read the above posts, you will see various emails confirming this. Been a disgruntled young exemployee who has setup his own company, dotcomchrome, they have been actively posting negative comments about New Approach, instead of trying to build a solid company with high customer retention.

New Approach have no connection to dot com chrome and think if you took time to read the above posts, before commenting, you would understand that dotcomchrome are aggressive towards customers and competitors, it's called "Samall Man Syndrome" and been inexperienced in business.

We have secured another customer this morning and have one confirmed awaiting the EFT, because they are taking time to read all the posts and understand we've been subject to a hate campaign by dotcomchrome, which has now worked in our favour, four new clients in two days and a couple of enquiries to follow up.

I completely understand that posts can be confussing, i'm not entering into a "he said she said", i've posted emails and if you would like to see your company on the first page of Google and pay by EFT, then call us, the web site address is on previous posts.

New Approach Finance Limited and New Approach Internet Marketing (PTY) Limited have "high net worths" and we focus our energy and time on the customer rather then been negative towards the competition. The accountants, one of the largest in S.A., based in Cape Town, can send supporting evidence to back this up.

I’ve typed "newapproachmarketing" with no spaces and seen some comments posted by the competition, people trying to guess what we actively sell PPC, SEO etc in forum's instead of enquiring but also on the front page is "Authorised Partner Of BT" that's British Telecom, in which to be authorised by BT, you need to be established and professional, have processes and procedures in place for compliance, show healthy bank statements and trading history, agree to be constantly checked and examined, this accreditation is very difficult to obtain and BT appointed two companies in the UK last year and very proud to say it took a year, but we secured the accreditation and finally proud of the hard work and dedication the New Approach staff showed during this critical year.

I had a call from a business owner in Pietermartizburg running a similar operation to mine.

He has been contacted by a company called 'New Approach Marketing' who have hounded him with many calls in relation to his website and the SEO thereon over the past few days.

The reason that he called me and the reason this is posted here on the scam section is that they have used my website as a reference site. Apparently, the reason my site is so high up on the Google rankings is thanks to them.

Now I am most flattered that they believe this to be great and want to take the credit and steal my thunder, but I do not like being used along these lines. They apparently charge R1400 a month - which is also a scam in itself.

They also state that they are a 'google certified company' - There does not appear to be anything like this out there - does anybody know about this?
Related to this could be 'google adspend certified' which is just some criteria that google reflect based on adspend in the country that you are operating - easy to obtain and does not mean much. It seems though that you have to do at least $100,000 a month for at least a three month cycle in the country that you operate from. Do you think that any 'company' in south africa could actually achieve this? I don't know the answers as there do not appear to be any out there. Neither is there a list of 'certified' companies or individuals. Well andrew how do you explain the fact that a gold member in the south african forums is planning on taking legal action against you for your lies staffs lies? is this a dotcom chrome post? i dont think so! If customer service is such a big thing for you and your such a bonified company why are you selling a product called instant google? I have checked with google direct and they have confirmed that your services do not exist and also that you are not a google qualified company and are in fact using the badge illegally! you may be a qualified individual but you have a company badge on your website which is a falsehood in itself! and as far as bt partner is concerned if you read the small print it says INDIRECT partner which may be great i dont know but instead of hiding the truth why not be truthful and tell us what it is you sell and what it is you are because you are not an adword qualified company and there is no such thing as instant google! Its easy to say that dotcom chrome have a smear campaign running against you and having dealt with the clowns already i wouldnt put it past them but could it not be said that someone has a campaign against them also? do you expect me to believe that all bad posts about you are made by dotcom and all bad posts for dotcom are made by you! were not stupid andrew dryden so perhaps you should stop treating us as we are. I assume the name change was neccessary because of the bad press? if you ask me new approach marketing, lime media marketing, dotcomchrome are all one in the same company they operate in the exact same way! virtual offices, instant google, rude sales people, rude directors. fact is dotcom had their positive posts removed and all of a sudden the heros (newapproachmarketing) are here to save the day with an alternative, we are not stupid guys and andy the apparant post from jamie ( your business partner according to reports from another dodgy outfit matchmaker marketing) says and I quote " if you dont want to be in business with me anymore" not if you dont want to employ me anymore
