Please can you tell me why it is ok for us customers to accept telephone agreements and emailed terms and conditions yet Dotcomchrome  will not accept an email to cancel as in Yogendra Parekh were dotcomchrome  have even confirmed in an email that he wanted to cancel .After all we have many people who have been told that they will be on page 1 google for there keyphrases 24/7 apart from when the keyphrases are being optimised which according to an email we had takes a few minutes per day .We were told we would get the best keywords with the best number of searches also on our recorded contract .In a court of law if you break one of your terms in the initial emails before sign up ie 24/7 then Dotcomchrome have mis sold your product when your terms and conditions are sent after sign up and payment as our company and im pretty sure every other company you have scammed has had .Your broad search term idea doesnt wash either it just means you dont show  our companies on any search terms and you can lie to us telling us we are on broad search terms so we wont know what to look for .Where are all the web directories that Dotcomchrome told our companies  we would be placed on free of charge as part of your service or was that yet more [***] .Its about time that Dotcomchrome  relized that its companies like us that pay your wages.Can you answer these questions Jamie Mcdougall or do you see that calling your competitors like you have done on many occasions on this and other forums to be the answer to customer service.

seems strange this to me the emails were sent from Dotcomchrome how can you not work out who sent them there are a number of these emails posted on here from  Yogendra Parekh ,Paul and excerts from Tim Ellis after all you name and zac leonards name are on the emails coming from Dotcomchrome .Dotcomchrome have also broken data protection act by not only publishing  Yogendra Parekh  email address but also his telephone number no doubt without his permission all this done KEVIN (would he be the thick one from kevin and Perry)and proudly posted on here from david in technical@dotcomchrome

Dot Com Chrome are just one of over ONE HUNDRED companies within the UK fleecing gullible small businesses out of much needed cash.
Match Maker Marketing, Top Spot Marketing, Lavora, Zenith Media - all based within the same area (Sale/Altrincham), they all promise a guaranteed page 1 position - THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE.

Think about it for a minute, they charge an average £125 per month, how much of that do you think they are spending on your adwords campaign, after they have paid the agressive salesmen, the managers, the directors, the phonebill and other office costs?  Not a lot is the answer, like I say do the sums, these cowboys do not get a special rate from Google, as some 'salesmen' have tried to fob me off with ha ha ha.
They simply offer you keywords that are not getting many searches and spend around £5-£10 a month to get you a page 1 position at some point throughout the day, NOT 24/7.

I am sick and tired of these agressive sales calls, and now as soon as Google is mentioned I put the phone down straight away - I implore all others to spread the word and put these cowboys out of business asap - word has it watchdog are on the trail and quite a number of these companies are under inverstigation at the moment.

So again, if you want to do an adwords campaign go straight to Google themselves and open an adwords account - it's simple and easy to do, and you will get a lot more coverage at a fraction of the cost what these chancers are charging.

Finally, I cannot believe Google are allowing this to take place.....

I am a kitchen & bedroom designer in Bradford, I have been with these guys for 8 weeks now & have been at the top of the page for my 5 key phrases throughout my campaign! I do check my positions daily and have had 4 enquiries and 2 sales come from my advertisement already. So far so good! just hope some of these stories aren't true because I have been messed about before by a marketing company!

As i said in an earlier post After receiving a tirade of racial abuse from a customer service agent we wanted no more to do with these people. We called, sent a letter, a fax and an email to this company to stop our subscription & they continued to bill our c/c illegally!!
When we alerted our bank & showed them the copies of the letter we sent they immediately organised a chargeback and whats more unbelievably this 'COMPANY' are now sending us unprofessional emails from their 'LEGAL TEAM' that we must send them a cheque immediately for the amount??
GUYS STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS CROKED COMPANY AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Somebody else has had threats of debt collectors and people coming down to beat them up all of which never show up .And heres me thinking i was the only one im still shaking now lol

i am with dotcom chrome great services they are spot on,happy to help and most important getting me great returns never any problems(unlike these companys lavora marketing and matchmaker marketing scamming [***] they took £1000s off my credit card after sending letters every month for months still trying to get it sorted!) would recomend dotcom to anybody thanks guys for all your help

The police are actively investigating the activities of dot com chrome and the director Jamie McDougall.  Anyone with any information about any threatening or abusive telephone calls or emails received from this company should contact PC 6755 Pat Murphy or PC 6274 Andy Jordan, both of the Sale Neighbourhood Policing Team, telephone number 0161 856 7865.

You can also report any such incidents as a crime to your local police force who will pass the details on to Greater Manchester Police, or directly to Greater Manchester Police on 0161 872 5050.

I have been with dot com chrome for a while now, and I think they provide an A1 service. They've generated a hell of a lot of enquiries, and whatever it is they're doing, it's working for my business! If I ever have a problem or query, I've always found their customer service team to be fantastic, and will do whatever they can to help. I would recommend them, and I'm certainly going to keep using them!

From all the comments can't you see that they don't do what they say and things are not clear from the start. They promise plenty and deliver nothing. They only give you your welcome pack after you have paid with all the conditions in it and once you try to cancel according to their conditions, they ignore it, and continue taking money out of your credit card. Then they abuse you via phone, email and any other means they see fit. You'd think by the number of negative posts here that you would see "what all the fuss is about". But being another dotcom chrome employee posting a false/positive  post what else can you say????

1 - Stop posting in here as "happy customers". Real happy customers would be able to post the URL of their websites as proof of success with DCC.

2 - Wake up to yourselves and stop harassing customers who have managed to leave you. What on earth do you think this can possibly achieve? They won't give you any more money. All they'll do is get angrier with you and use your harassment against you when the time comes.

3 - No Jamie McDougall, I don't appreciate your threats to kill me and my family. I doubt you even have the contacts or the funds to hire a hitman. You called me out of the blue to sell me your scam plan, and I got out of it. You have no idea who I really am or what I actually do for a living.

I see 13 businesses listed as success stories with Dotcom Chrome, yet no matter WHAT google terms I use I cannot see ANY of them in sponsored listings. How odd! I wonder if I contacted the businesses, whether they would be aware you are using their names??

I see you are also offering Facebook campaigns and many other "services". I bet they are just as good as your google fixed ad system (ie: total scams)

No it's not. We have NEVER seen our ads appear because they have taken our money and not even opened an AdWords account with it.

We are not happy.

I am going to make it my personal mission to contact each and every one of the companies listed (except you Dr Masters) on the dotcom chrome website to see if they are "happy customers" and I will let them know about this site
