    Aha finally someone working from a company similar to Natura Healthcare is showing signs of having a conscience!
    I'm referring to a previous post. If customers continually phone to ask where their goods are or question that large sums of money have been taken from their bank accounts then it doesn't take a rocket scientist to work it out.
    I phoned relentlessly to get my money back, fortunately it wasn't a large sum but it was the principal of the matter that annoyed me the most! I had to change my card immediately & this was after I cancelled the order almost within 24 hours.
    You might not be orchestrating the scam but you're having a role to play by misleading the elderly & vulnerable. Thank goodness that we have sites like this to voice our concerns & deter others from even entering into a conversation with cold callers whose only intention is to make money from a dishonest living.

    My mother who suffers from Alzheimers was recently relieved of £285 by an agent at Natura. I noticed the money had gone out of her bank account. I contacted them and explained my mother's situation. They promised a refund as the tablets had not yet been despatched. That was a month ago. You guessed- as yet no tablets and no refund.Today she was contacted by Sera Wellbeing, I don't know if she has paid them anything or not. As a precaution I have now moved all her money in to another account. I presume Natura and Sera Wellbeing are linked.
    I'm off to her bank tomorrow (Halifax) very difficult to contact by phone.
    These vile people are taking money from purely vulnerable people. We need to stop them!

    Absolutely appalling. How do these fraudsters sleep at night.
    Lets hope that soon they will be caught because this can't go on for much longer surely.
    As for the smug comments from criminals to commit these crimes perhaps you will be laughing on the other side of your face one day, behind bars with any luck!

    There is the mobile number of one of the company directors a couple of pages back. Not only that but his name, address and details of the other company he owns are also documented on that post. He cannot be laughing about that!

    As I said before I saw through this scam company. The girl said her name was Karen and yes gave me the 0191 645 6000 luckily I had the sense to ring off.They then rang me twice I did not answer but rang 1471 and this number came up 004 948 321 767 so everyone please be careful and do not give them any bank or card details.We can all see from so many comments they are just a load of scams.Its time they were stopped.

    On the 15th July 2015 I received a phone call from a Asian lady who said her name was Joanne, later said it was Simone Joanne Smith. From Natura Health Care, She was a very charming lady with much flattering and endearments from her, she talked to me for over one and a quarter hours suggesting that I should take bilberry tablets with rose hip active tablets at a cost of £19 for any pains in my Knee joints, i said that I would try the bilberry tablets at £19 I finally got my bank card that she kept asking for and gave her my details, as soon as she had my card details she mentioned a cost £299 so I told her to cancel the order she told me you can not the order has gone in, and I have your bank details, when I mentioned the Trading Standards Office she quoted prices of £159.60 and £108 and told me to give all card detail to another lady so they could be deleted. After reading all the scam reports on this firm. I got my bank to block any payments they try to take. on the 17th I phoned Natrua Health Care and spoke to a Asian lady and I asked her how much was the payment to be and she said you were talking to Maria, and I said that she said her name was Joanne, then I was told that I was to pay £269 I said that I never agreed to any such payment and to cancel the tablets, I was told that I would have to talk to Joanne but she never got back. As my card had been already blocked by the Bank Fraud Team I did not pursue any further. the Fraud Team told me that they may enter a different company name to get the money, but they would soon be on to that. Also on the same day a  Asian talking man phoned me and said you have a credit card, he then asked my name and address which he already knew and asked if I was aged between 70 and 80 years old and then rang off, his number was withheld. I would like to congratulate the web site whocallsme.com for uncovering all the scams from this company, no doubt there will be many more. thanks again.

    Further events to my comments on the 17th July 2015.
    Despite all promises from my bank Nat West Fraud Team that no money would be paid from my bank account to Natura Health Care, on checking my online account this morning I discovered that £159.60 has been fraudulently taken from my account, upon I phoned the bank Fraud Team when they investigated they told me that £159.60 had been debited to Natura Health Care as soon as they took my card details, pending that amount for two days, so there was no £159.60 showing on my bank statement when checked, thus i was to late to block my card. How do these cheating and manipulating scum keep getting away with it. All I can say is beware of 0191 645 6000 phone calls and charming sweet talking Asian lady's and never disclose your bank or credit card details to these  preying scum, never never they know every trick in the book.

    They were targeting my dad who has Alzheimer's disease so I had to screen calls. It was always the same Indian woman for more than a year then just one call from the boss man got pelted and it stopped

    Yes Bob, it is true they just sat on their bums, the Nat West Fraud person I talked to on the 18th July was not at all concerned that £159.60 was fraudulently scammed from my account, by Natura Health Care despite being told no money would be taken by this company, I was told to wait until the 30th July and if I had not received any package from them I was to phone Nat West again. so much for the HELPFUL BANK.

    You are their customer.    It is for you to tell them what to do.    Instruct them to do a chargeback without further delay.    If they do not do so immediately, demand the name and full contact details of their Regional Manager and get onto him.    Be determined to get your stolen money back.

    The major Sunday newspapers have columns regarding "Your Money" and would be happy to take up your experience if Nat West fail to carry out their proper responsibilities.       Do not be afraid to use the Press; it will do the careers of the offending bank staff no good at all to be revealed.      And they know it.            No doubt we will see apologists for the banks posting here.  That is all they will be.

    Thank you Bob for your excellent post, after speaking to three different persons at Nat West Fraud Team today and relaying your advice the first man said we will get your money back, he forwarded me to a woman who said I could not, she forwarded me to another man who said yes £159.60 was taken from my account by Natrua Health Care, but I was to late to get it back , when I said I want details of the region manager he told me he will send me a form of dispute in a few days.

    You really should have kept at it.       I meant it when i said "demand the name and full contact details of their Regional Manager and get onto him.    Be determined to get your stolen money back."

    If you let Banks away with it they will treat you badly as they have done throughout this episode.

    returned some Pomegranite tablets back in March, inspite of repeated phone calls and e-mails to them, none of which have been answered, I am still awaiting a refund. I have now approached Trading Standards & Citizens Advice. I was told to give Natura a date to refund my monies by--watch this space
