I could not care less how much you dislike it - as it has been said previously, it serves you right for your scamming old people. I hope they continue sending their samples to you.

I wouldn't advise anyone to contact your helpline. Its a total waste of time & your sent going round & round in circles.
The advisors sound evasive to make out its a problem our end, as they repeatedly put it. Beneath their polite exterior they are ruthless scammers.

Yesterday afternoon at around 4.15pm I received a call from Wellbeing Health Care (Tel: 02079932127) from a Mrs Tanya Hayden offering me Rose Hip Syrup (low sugar) capsules which if taken for around 12 months would relieve the arthritis in my hips.  These  capsules had been developed for this purpose and if taken for a year to 18 months then no more as they had properties which would clear up any arthritis. She was very pleasant and won me over to thinking about taking these capsules ,two a day, one after breakfast and one after my evening meal. She then put me on to Janice who gave me the hard sell and in my attempt to finish the conversation as I was due to collect my partner from the local railway station following his work she brow beat me into accepting a 12 months supply. Tanya had already told me the cost which was for 30 capsules the cost was £40.00 but with me being a 76 year old pensioner there was a special rate on £19.99 + £6.60 p&p)  Janice however said that the cost would be around £700.00 for 18 months supply.  I balked at that and told her that I could not afford such an amount so she reduced the 18 months to 12 months at a cost of £480.00 + £5.60 postage.  Stupidly I gave in and paid by debit card. Following a broken night's sleep I decided to go to Boots the Chemist this morning and apart from finding the name LITOZEEN in a catalogue  but no description and also this item was not listed in Chemist's book of prescribed medications which is a national product and not simply a Boots  listing.  From there I wen tto my bank branch where I explained what had happened and told them that I felt I had been scammed the teller there put me in touch with the bank's fraud squad who took up my case but since the money had been removed from my account it was still pending and had not been delivered to another bank which requested it they were able to stop it while investigations were made about the actuality of the genuineness of the claim.  The bank credited me with the amount which was pending and ordered a new debit card which was stopped on my account for it to be destroyed.  I make this public as I would not want anyone else to be caught ot by this apparent scam.

    A Concerened replies to Sandy
    Dear Sandy,

I went to visit my grandparents after work today and was horrified to hear my grandad distraught on the telephone. He had received a package addressed to my grandmother and was calling to arrange a return. He had already been on the phone 20 minutes before I arrived and the salesman he was speaking to was to my grandad in an aggressive and intimidating manner.

You are very wrong with your comments above and I truly do not know how you sleep at night! I pray for anyone who is unfortunate enough to have had the horrendous experience of dealing with your so called business. It is very sad to think of how many people you have hurt. So many good, honest, trusting people have fallen victim to your premeditated and devious pitch.

I will be reporting your company to trading standards tomorrow & I urge anyone who has experience this same despicable treatment to do the same.

Last month this company sent my 89 year old man a box of what is basically sugar pills, they had charged her £485.95. I thought I managed to sort it called the bank who reimbursed nan and currently investigating Souza Prolife. Called trading standards who are also investigating them, age UK and the police. Also contacted the company, told them it would be sent back and a full refund would be expected and that she didn't want anything from them
Nan has just got home to find a box of lotion and an invoice for £798.35
I haven't yet contacted the bank, will be going to sort it tomorrow
I really don't know what else to do to stop them

Hi there, I just wanted you to be aware, I'm going through this with my 89 year old man. We cut her card up BUT they still put a second order through after I had informed the bank. We have been advised to shut the bank account completely to stop them taking more money. They keep your details and can take money without the card being present
Sorry to be the barer of bad news, just don't want them taking big more of your money

What a complete knob end! Sandy and his fellow fraudsters stole £198 from my mothers account after leading her to believe she was getting a free smoke after age refused to buy then and the "faje" doc came on the call to tell her they were fine with her prescription meds.
Most elderly British people are not thieving scum bags but trusting people and not ignoramuses who hard sell until eventually the elderly person gives in.
My mum gave babk details because she thought she was paying for the postage of a "free sample" then a box of overpriced [***] arrived, I cancelled her card, sent [***] back recorded and still she never got her money back.
I'd personally like to make you swallow your lies and the pills.
