Report a phone call from 01916456000 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- JohnI too had a cold call from "Alisha" saying (eventually) that she was calling from Natura Health Care. She was clearly Asian, and gave the call-back number as 0191 6456000. She rambled on for nearly half an hour, giving me all sorts of medical advice, including the very bizaare suggestion that I should take all the pips out of raw tomatoes (is this even possible??). She eventually got on to the selling of very expensive Rosehip tablets, and wanted credit/debit card details. I refused and said I would check them out online, which finally made her give up. Clearly this was the right thing to do. NEVER NEVER give cold callers card details.

- margaret cawood replies to CallyI was also conned into buying supplements to the cost of £95.93 but as soon as I realized how much I was going to spend I called and cancelled the order. I was told the goods had already been sent but over a week later nothing had arrived so I rang again and said that I wanted a refund and if the goods did arrive I would send them back. I was assured a refund would be given but would take a few days. This was 2nd July and I am still waiting. I have noted all the comments above and will report this to appropriate number.
- margaret cawood| 1 replyI ordered some rosehip capsules on 2nd July and when they didn't arrive within the specified time I rang to cancel the order but was told they had been posted. I waited another week and rang again to insist I had a refund. I was assured after much wrangling that a refund would be made but I still haven't received any money (or goods). Tomorrow I will report this to the Trading Standards but |I would like to write to Rogue Traders on T.V. to let other people know to beware of this company

- Roger(NI) replies to margaret cawoodThis company is based in Stanley Co. Durham, though their registered office says Macclesfield. An elderly relation has just been fleeced for £215, and afetr a phone call i was told to send the order back when it arrives and a refund would be paid within 14 days. How do they get round the fact that she is supposed to be registered to protect her from these type of calls
- elizabethI received a call 30/09/13 from someone who said his name was Russell Diaz with Asian accent. He said he is calling from NATURA HEALTH CARE about: health care awareness campaign: started asking me about my health status eventually told me about Rosehip Extract GOPO gave me the number 01916456000 then passed me to the lady called Rochel same Asian accent. She managed to convince me to part with £56.96 .
I waiting to see what is going to happen but after I googled the company I came across the letters written by people who have been scammed by this company.I phoned my bank asked them to stop the payment which was still outstanding waiting to be sent to them but the bank said they cannot stop it.But after 15 days I must call the bank if I did not receive the goods the bank will be able to act then.
Tomorrow I will call the company and here their story based on these comments above.- Caller: Natura Health Care

- DarrenMy father-in-law was conned in the same way. Fortunately it was only on an order under £20. The 'nurse' gave him medical advice and even tried to claim that they worked for the NHS.
The registered office is just a business (5 pound formations limited) that supplies company secretary services to other businesses and realistically has nothing to do with Natura Health Care. The name of the director of Natura Health Care is Alexander Owain Peter Nesbitt (apparently) and he seems to hold directorships with about 3 other companies all of which are based in Co. Durham. All of which seem to be a scam of some sort. He's held directorships with numerous other businesses in the past, all of which have been dissolved for one reason or another (probably to avoid tax, creditors etc. etc.)
Never do business with them.- Caller: Natura Health Care

- JeanI was called earlier this year and ordered 180 Rose Hip Capsules. It took several months (due to stock being short dated I was informed) but I did receive the capsules which, due to sensitivity to some of the ingredients I was unable to use. They phoned me after 3 months to find out how I got on and offered to exchange the capsules when I said I had not been able to use them. I was looking for their website when I found all the comments about others not receiving anything.

- not so old sueI unfortunately answered a call from these people. Usually when I hear what sounds like a sales pitch I say I'm just a lodger but this call slipped under the radar, and I then spent 37 minutes in conversation with a very helpful and chatty female! When I hinted that I had arthritis -not true - she gave me advice on what I should be eating or avoiding, and started talking about her "grandmother", and after giving health tips etc. tried to get me to order 'rosehip extract'. After telling her I have no debit, credit or store cards - which she didn't believe, she got more insistent. I suggested paying by cheque! but she ended up practically ordering me to go to the bank to arrange for a credit or debit card !! and said she would ring me back next week. Something to look forward to - NOT!

- Lorraine Ingall| 3 repliesMy mother also received a call from this number, they told her that all their elderly people purchased from them.
She was told that when they delivered the tablets her card details would be taken then?, she told them no and hung up - Nan replies to Lorraine Ingall| 1 replyReading your post led me to this page and I have read all the comments. This "company" has all the same tricks as two other "Snake Oil Scammers" called Sanda Wellbeing and Elbon Wellbeing, with fake telephone numbers in the South East of the UK. All of them are based in India and have virtual offices in the UK i.e accommodation addresses to fool the vulnerable elderly people they prey on. The people who 'phone claim to be Health Professionals, which they are not, and both companies sell the same sort of useless quack remedies. They try very hard to get credit card details and charge exhorbitant amounts of money for their quack remedies. They neither know, nor care, whether their rubbish will react with the person's prescribed medication, they just want to steal as much money as possible. There are warnings about these companies in GPs surgeries and Health Centres all over the country, so please make sure that all your elderly friendsm relatives and neighbours are aware of these companies.
- VJeN replies to Sarah| 1 replyI have just had a 30 minute call from Natura Healthcare, trying to sell me Rosehip tablets. I refused to give my bank details over the phone, so they have asked me to send a cheque for £47.97, which, having read that people are not getting what they've paid for, I am not goimg to do.!!!! NEVER give bank details over the phone.!!!!
- John Bower| 3 repliesSeems like I am not on my own in receiving a call from Natura Healthcare.
Got my call this morning from a very competent sales person with a first class sales pitch, fortunately I did not make any order or give any bank details to purchase their pomegranate tablets as I always like to do research before buying anything. With luck I came across this website which makes me very relieved that I didn't 'fall for the pitch'.
Thanks to all for their posts on this company.- Caller: Natura Healthcare
- Jill| 1 replyMy elderly father was taken advantage of by these people too, giving his bank card details over the phone in response to a cold call. The sales pitch fooled him, and he thought he was talking to someone from his local GP surgery. He ordered nearly 250 pounds worth of pomegranate extract - 8 months supply. I cancelled the order before it was dispatched, but it has still taken 6 weeks of persevering phone calls and emails from me to get his money reimbursed. I think what finally persuaded them to take action was my reference to the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, and the fact that 30 days had elapsed.

- Concerned daughter| 1 replyMy elderly mother phoned me today in tears as she had given her bank details to this company, Natura Healthcare, based in Stanley Co. Durham. The salesperson, 'Angel' was very persuasive and conned my confused mum into buying some face creams.
Now we all know not to do this but with confused elderly people this company are taking advantage.
Thankfully she contacted me straight away and we contacted her bank and put a stop on the money being taken.
I wanted to make other aware of this company.- Caller: Natura Health care

- Nan replies to Concerned daughterIt makes this scum's day when they find a confused elderly person on the other end of the 'phone. These are just the type of people they prey on. Luckily your mum had you to turn to, but it is awful to think of those elderly people who have no-one to confide in. There should be some way of getting them closed down but if they are like Sanda Wellbeing and Eldon Wellbeing, they only have virtual offies in the UK and are in fact run from India. I only hope thast the people who run these scams get everything which is coming tothem.
- NeilI got my phonecall from Natura Healthcare call this morning, and was lectured to, very plausibly, for about an hour by Leno Colaco eventually recommending that I took rosehip extract pills - for 18months! - I did say that I never gave my credit card number over the phone, but might buy a small number by cheque. Eventually he agreed, but suddenly his address changed from Stanley County Durham to a PO Box in Slough. having now read through this web site I am disinclined to continue with an order, and glad not to have wasted my money!
