- Rosehip capsules don't work! replies to p creaseyI'm not holding my breath that that measure will work any better than what is in their packages.
- SteveThis company have just scammed £245.99 from my dementia suffering 84 year old mother, I have reported it as a telephone fraud to the bank and will now report them to Trading Standards. They need to be shut down.

- Lorna KennedyThis company has fleeced my elderly mother with dimentia out of approx£2000. They have cold called her by phone at various times through the last two years even though she is on the telephone preference list. I have managed through many phone calls to them to get most of the money back through refund but it took a lot of legal threats from me and my husband, over a few months. I have told them never to contact my mum again but I picked up the phone at my mums yesterday and I am convinced it was them calling again. It was an Asian man who said he was calling from the Health and Wellness Centre doing a follow up on her health conditions. When questioned he became evasive and shortly after he hung up on me. Please be aware of these companys and keep an eye on your elderly relatives.
- Caller: Natura healthcare
- Old teapotUsual type of call, saying it is a survey and asking about my health and medication. I never give them a reply but after I have extracted a company name and telephone number from the caller (Asian lady calling herself, Janet Day) they get a lecture from me about the requirement to check numbers and not call people on the Telephone Preference Service list. I will be reporting the company to the TPS and I encourage anyone receiving calls from this company to do the same, if they are on the TPS list.

- Troy replies to bob| 2 repliesI keep receiving calls from Asians who want to ask questions on behalf of UK SAVERS CLUB,LIFE STYLE UK,to name but a few.
After I was scammed by NATURA HEALTHCARE last November I'm just making a note of the numbers to report it.
Thankfully we have sites such as this one to warn other's, never give card details over the phone. Don't answer any surveys, goodness knows where this information is going, probably to the fraudsters!
So long as we report each case to Trading Standards & Action Fraud Police its hopefully spreading the word.
The banks can only protect us up to a limit, if you have a debit card your less likely to be refunded.Even members of Staff at my Local branch have been scammed by fraudsters claiming to sell slimming pills. I'm so relieved that I changed my Card immediately after losing nearly £50. - Rosehip capsules don't work! replies to Troy| 1 replyAt a peak, there were daily consumer type surveys from Asian sounding callers. These tailed off to one or two per week. The very last call was from a man with a very good grasp of English on one of these Elbon numbers (by 1471). I ended that call as quickly and as rudely as all others and have not heard a squeak for several months.
- Troy replies to Rosehip capsules don't work!I will stop answering the phone to suspecting cold callers
It's both time consuming & frustrating to keep repeating that we don't buy or give any information over the phone. Unfortunately these callers are relentless, ignoring them is probably the best option. - JeanI have just had a phone call from 'Janet', an Asian lady on 02079932070 address 176 Station Rd., Harrow. The firm is called Forte. She was very convincing telling me all the merits of Pomegranate skin and the pills which I should take twice a day. Eventually she tried to get me to order some at a cost of £14.99. At that point I said I was not interested and politely told her that I never buy over the phone without checking about the product etc first. I then put the phone down. The phone number is different from the above but everything else is the same.

- JeanI have just posted a call from a firm called Forte about the merits of pomegranate pills. I gave the number as 02079932070 but on doing 1471, it was 02079932127. The address is 176 Station rd. Harrow

- Arthur-Devon| 1 reply06.08.2015. Further to my previous posts on page 10 Natura Healthcare, while waiting for Nat West Bank, Fraud Team to get chargeback of £159.60 scammed from my bank card, I received a parcel from Natura Healthcare containing Bilberry and Rose Hip tablets, whereby I immediately returned parcel to their Slough department with a note saying that I never ordered any vitamins, and please return £159.60 to my account, upon the very next day after they received the parcel, I was checking my on-line banking and noted that £159.60 has been promptly debited to my account by Natura Healthcare. Well what can I say, I am well pleased end of case.
- Caller: Natura Healthcare Limited.
- Jeeves replies to Arthur-DevonDo you really mean "Debited" to your account? That means they took it out of your account. If you mean "credited" is this the amount that Natwest have put back into your account? That being the case, I suggest you keep an eye on the account to see if Natura take a further £159.60. You need to remember that you cannot trust these slugs as far as you can throw them.
- Arthur-Devon07.08.2015. Sorry Jeeves you are right, it was a chargeback £159.60 credited to my account, as I have a new bank card they will not scam me again. Thanks Jeeves for reminding me. Arthur.

- MarieI have been reading the above posts for Natura Healthcare, as they seem very similar to the one my vulnerable mother had recently from Souza Healthcare. They gave a legitimate London address, which I believe is residential (44 District Road, Wembley HA0 2LG), and the number was 02037143442. My mother was asked for her bank details by a very cultured sounding (my mother's words) man, in exchange for some Cellumin which would cure her glaucoma. Luckily my mother can't remember her bank details, and doesn't always remember she has a bank account. From looking at this company's website, they are offering a few supplements (you have to ring for them), plus Cellumin. Funnily enough, Cellumin is the only one that doesn't have a description against it. I am so glad my mother didn't ask for it to be sent to her, otherwise we may have ended up taking her to hospital for putting cellulite cream in her eyes (if it is a cream).

- Terry-Ashford| 5 repliesAn elderly friend was contacted by telephone on or about the 22nd of April 2015, to enquire about her state of health, and as a result of that call was persuaded to purchase a quantity of health supplements by Natura, as my friend did not have her debit card to hand, she was asked to write out a cheque and put the agent's name on the reverse of the cheque, this she did, and sent a cheque for £499.00 to Natura Healthcare on the same day. She was subsequently sent the following items; these arrived with a Sales invoice dated the 5th May.
The package contained the following:-
7 cartons of a product called Flexijoints 12 bottles of Coq10 health supplement, each bottle containing ninety (90) tablets, A third item (1Bcomplex) was listed on the delivery advice, but was not in the package when received.
Of the 12 bottles of Coq10 received, 11 had the expiry date of June 2016,* and the 12th bottle had the expiry date of August 2016. The instruction on the bottle was to take (2) two tablets per day.
As there were 12 bottles, each containing (90) ninety tablets, (Total 1080) it would have taken my friend five hundred and forty days to consume them; this would have meant that she would be taking these tablets for about a year and a half, which is well beyond the expiry date on the bottles!
The sales agent contacted my friend again in early July and suggested that, at the time of his call, she should have used all the tablets, and that she should buy some more, which she was persuaded to do, a subsequently sent a further cheque for £399.00.
I subsequently telephoned the sales office, and was told that the second order would be cancelled and that the £399.00 would be refunded. I was also told that the original order would be collected and a full refund given.
Needless to say, this did not happen!!
During the week 23rd-31st August, my friend received another package from Natura, this time containing 12 bottles of pills that supposedly aid weight loss. At no time was she told that these pills were for that purpose, and she certainly would not want them as she weighs only 6 stones (38 Kilos)! Again each of these bottles contain 90 pills, with a suggested daily dose of one or two pills to be taken twice daily., we again have 1080 pills, which, if taken at the higher dose means that miss Pearce would consume them over a period of 270 days The expiry date on each of the bottles is January 2016, therefore considering that from the date of receipt of the items there are only 180 days to the end of January, I would have to conclude that my friend was deliberately miss-sold these goods.
Also in the package was a carton of Acaicare combo which again my friend did not request, and indeed could not use them as she was not told of the advantages of taking this supplement!
None of the literature {invoices} offered a money back guarantee or a description of the supposed health benefits.
I have requested the company to make arrangements to refund, in full, all monies (£898.00) paid by my friend, and that the company make arrangements to collect the goods from my friend at no cost to herself. I have reported this to the trading Standards, Case No. 12943238. and have given the company 28 days to respond. For any future readers, it may also be advisable to contact the Daily Express with your problem, I know that they like to get their teeth into issues like this.- Caller: Natura Healthcare Limited

- Jeeves replies to Terry-Ashford| 4 repliesAs you will be aware if you have read any of the previous pages (particularly posts by Opijini), this is one of a group of linked companies all operating the same scam and all targetting the elderly and vulnerable. A few names are Natura, Elbon Wellbeing, Sanda Wellbeing or Wellness etc. They are all based in Mumbai and Goa and the UK addresses are accommodation addresses. As well as reporting them to TS you should also report them to Action Fraud and get a crime number. This will help you get the money back from the Bank if the scum do not refund your money.
- Rosehip capsules don't work! replies to JeevesCorrect me if I am wrong but Nutrellis Wellbeing seem to be the same scam too. I can't be bothered duplicating your work in looking up the current registered entities that are not yet dissolved and the sleazy people behind them.
This was broadcast today: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b067x3w1#playt=0h37m38s
Do you notice the lack of young 'uns reporting their calls? It all seems to be very well targeted. - abigailI was drawn into a conversation about age related health problems which can occur in my forties. An Asian who called himself Alistair Cook who's allegedly a Health Advisor talked about aging blood cells which could benefit from Vitamin B Complex. I was questioning him & explained that I could see my own GP or go to my local Pharmacy but that just cranked up his sales pitch. He resorted to asking how my family would cope without me, this is how low these fraudsters will stoop to!
Talking about cases like this, I've come to learn that people of all age groups have been scammed.
I cancelled my order for Vitamin B Complex the following morning & asked for a full refund which was never received. However I've reported it to Trading Standards & Action Fraud Police.
This happened last November but I wanted to make it known that this scam is aimed at all.age groups. My local Bank are all too aware of this & members of staff have affected from a slimming pill scam.- Caller: Natura Healthcare
- jenny replies to Jeeves| 2 repliesHi, i had a very dear elderly friend who had a similar thing as Terry-Ashford, conned out of more than £4,000 in a couple of years and that is only the reciepts that i found, i,m sure its been going on longer... i phoned the company and got no joy at all... unfortunately after a waste of time talking to citizens advice who told me to ring trading standards who then told me if they was interested in the case they would get back to me, but obviously after 2 months they couldn,t be bothered!!!! Something really needs to be done against these scum.... unfortunately my friend has since died but at least they won,t get any more money out of her...
- abigail replies to jenny| 1 replyUnfortunately as many of these scams are operated overseas, Trading Standards are having difficulties putting a stop to it.
Having said that they have offices in this country so surely something can be done to catch up with the criminals who are shamelessly conning vulnerable people. - Sally replies to abigailI received a call today from an Asian calling himself Dennis. Apparently he was calling on behalf of Wellbeing or Wellness to ask a few questions about my general health.
It's probably related to Natura healthcare & other Vitamin Scams.
Just wanted to make people aware of the number to look out for, the caller's number today is 02079932127.
It's the elderly& vulnerable who need to be made aware of these fraudsters.
