- Mac Vincy replies to Mrs M Lumb| 3 repliesFirst Of all This Company Natura Health care is Not at All Fake ! I spoke to A girl who called me up ! She was very soft spoken ! I spoke to them They suggested me PomyGranate Capsules and was asked to do the payments ! I got my product within 7 to 10 Working days ! Its safe People ! dont worry ! the company is based in 38 Hendon Lane London !
- Jane replies to Mac VincyNo Mac, sorry - we will not fall for that. We KNOW these individuals use different UK mailing addresses but they ARE based in India. I could not care less how softly spoken the girl who spoke to you was - she is part of a nasty scam, one they preys on elderly and vulnerable pensions. Other victims have been asked if they suffer from Alzheimer's or dementia from these types of companies - purely because these firms have successfully conned people suffering with these medical conditions out of thousands of pounds previously. The capsules have no tangible health benefits, are overpriced and the company will just keep sending this and other rubbish to you as long as they can fleece your bank account. Your post is a very damaging one, but then you know that don't you "Mac"? Even from your post I can tell English is not your first language, so am I right in thinking you are one of these scammers working for Natura out of Goa?
Read the post below and only then come back and try and convince me this is a legitimate, genuine company you would trust?

Stupid scammer! - opijniAs for Natura HealthCare you can read their details here: http://companycheck.co.uk/company/08099180/NATURA-HEALTHCARE-LIMITED
They were using (a residential) FLAT 3, 252-254 HAYDONS ROAD, LONDON SW19 8TT as their register office and trading address!
This company have moved addresses and areas quite frequently over the years jumping from various locations in the north of England, Their Facebook page admin, who is also a Director at Spectrum Healthcare (another name to watch?) lives in Mumbai.....and has connections to Goa. An online directory also has a listing for a Natura Healthcare in Panaji....in Goa! There is a couple of telephone numbers for them: 9673055239, 9765509198 and other previous employees have linked-in pages and Facebook pages stating that they worked for them....most of these people reside in Goa!
So come on "Mac" - tell me how we are supposed to believe you now? Pathetic Fraudster! - KathrynThis despicable company attempted to con my elderly grandmother out of her bank details for tablets she neither needs nor wants! A woman called Maria Taylor called her twice in two days badgering her for credit card details. I have emailed trading standards and them directly. I WILL pursue this. I am sick and tired of companies like this exploiting the elderly members of this community. I urge you all to report these calls to trading standards/Citizens Advice to help to stop this from happening.

- been scammed once too many times replies to Mac Vincy| 1 replyDo you really think that we are that stupid to believe that you are who you say you are? for gods sake scamming us once is bad enough pretending to be a satisfied customer is another thing.
You and your so called lazy good for nothing individuals are just common thieves, get a proper job! you treat your cows better than you do people so what does that say about you as people? - opijni replies to been scammed once too many timesIt must be so difficult for this company to prove to people they are genuine and not fraudsters operating from India. I mean, they all have adopted English names and even have English addresses for their businesses. Why won't anyone believe them - eh Natura? We know you are reading these messages so why don't you show some courage and reply directly to us, instead of pretending you are a happy customer? Come on Natura - we are willing to have a dialogue with you, are you just cowards?
- Mr x| 1 replyDo not ever entertain the people claiming to treat ur diabetes but they are cheater just want to con people Mikhail Morriston caller from this no is cheat do not talk to him or anyone else
- truthspeaker325 replies to Mr xThanks for your post. I think Natura's silence on this thread speaks volumes. They cannot deny what type of company they are - an untrustworthy one. They are spineless swines - they have been confronted with the truth but now cannot even be bothered to defend themselves. All they are good for is lying to pensioners and trying to trick them out of their money. As Opijni said earlier, this type of employment must bring so much shame on their family name. I wonder how these people sleep at night.
- Trish| 2 repliesMy vulnerable brother had a call from this company asking him if he would like to live to a hundred. I actually didn't believe him until I read the above comments. I have just come on this site to find out what is going on only to realise that he has been scammed again. He handed over £800 for pomegranate pills and rose hip pills which he received but then realised his stupidity and sent them back . They contacted him again this week presumably to pressurise him again and when he said that he had sent them back they said they had not been received and were lost in the post.
An even bigger concern is are they safe to take?- Caller: Natural healthcare
- opijni replies to Trish| 1 replyI doubt the tablets are unsafe, but I am certain they will probably contain no tangible health benefits either. This company - reported also to be using the name 'Forte Wellness' - operate out of Panjim in Goa, India.

These people are ruthless scammers - threaten to report them to the press and kick up a fuss and they should refund you - these types of company normally do refund money in order to avoid more bad publicity. - Hels replies to opijniMy 83 year old father has also been targeted by them. He handed over £1500 and appears to have recieved nothing. Earlier in the year they also got over £300 from him. He was previously sent tablets from another healthcare company Sousa, and paid 2 lots to them. They did sent items, 3 years worth with shelf life 1 year! They looked like floor scrapings! Also made in India, definetly worry about the content of anything received, could well have toxic levels of trace elements in them. All scammers and all linked. Natura have promised to refund £1500 but still waiting, meanwhile had to pay bank card bill, as have to give them a chance! All been reported
- Ray JohnsonI have just been cold called by this company called Naturahealthcare trying to sell me pomegranate capsuals to help me never to be ill, which of course is ridiculous, they gave me a number to call 01916456000 and an address 8 Lombard Road London SW19 3TZ to order them, it would have worked out at about £250 if I had gone ahead, fortunately I smelt a rat which is what these people are, so please be careful they are targeting old people.

- Sue replies to Jan| 1 replyMy father in law been scammed by this firm
- opijni replies to SueDemand a refund from them. Threaten if your father in law does not get every penny back you will expose their company to the newspapers and other authorities. These companies will refund you if you kick up enough of a fuss, because they are scared of the bad publicity and the threat of being investigated through complaints that have been made. When you have the money back complain any way as these people are just nasty fraudsters who will not stop scamming the elderly.
- AnonymousI received a call from a man who called himself Alistair Cook in November 2014. He began by telling me the phone conversation was being recorded, under government guidelines, so I listened to him promote Vitamin B supplements.
He explained that the Company was working along side the NHS to bring awareness to vitamin deficiency lacking in our every foods. When I replied that I could go to my local Chemist or Doctor's Surgery if I had health concerns he asked how the family would cope if anything happened to me.
After a long winded conversation a rather bossy lady, Alisha? who's supposedly the Supervisor hurriedly asked for my card details to sell me 6 months supply of Vitamins, she even tried to push for more money from me which I refused. As she explained that I could get a full refund if I wasn't satisfied I thought that perhaps I'd give the Vitamins a try.
The following morning I immediately cancelled the order before the goods were dispatched & I phoned my bank to stop any further payments going out of my account.
Unfortunately after emailing & contacting customer services numerous times I never received my full refund despite
following their cancellation policy. On a more positive note I've reported the scam to Trading Standards & Action Fraud.
Hopefully in time these criminals will be caught because I'm one of many who has been affected by a fraudulent scam, these Asian men & women working for various scams such as Surveys, computer viruses, vitamins etc are relentless and think nothing of taking money from innocent people especially senior citizens.- Caller: Natura Healthcare

- kol replies to Sandy| 1 replyStill not going to answer Sandy? Still worried that we will wipe the floor with you? Have you seen the post above this one? It states your company representatives are now claiming their calls are recorded as per government guidelines and that you are working in conjunction with the NHS? This is blatant deception Sandy and someone at your fraudulent company will go to prison at some point. I hope that person is you and that it will be this year! Happy new year Sandy!
- Jeeves replies to kolWhat they don't say is that it is the Indian Government and NHS is Nasty Healthcare Scam.

- Jeeves replies to Alan Bennett| 4 repliesGet on to your bank as soon as you can and get them to change your details Tell them that you have been caught out by scammers and you are afraid they might to take more money from you.
- anonymous replies to Jeeves| 1 replyI tried to get my money back & was told that the refund had been issued around 24th Nov, the order was cancelled within 24 hrs of making it after a pushy sell.
Even though I was well within my rights for a full refund, during every phone conversation I was just being fobbed off by various Asian sounding men & women. They wouldn't let me speak to their finance team, which probably didn't exist.
I gave up all hope of getting my money back when they tried to convince me there was a problem with my card \ bank which was a blatant lie, the cheek of it, they had no problems taking money out of my account!
I wouldn't rest until I changed my card as they still had my details which made me uneasy. Now I hang up on all cold callers who are out to fleece us of our money, lets hope they get caught soon.
