- Joyce FarnfieldA 90 year old lady who was sold 4 packs of rosehip even though she said she didnt want them!Cost £49.99!!
She told the sales person if they sent them she wouldn't pay for them only to be told they had her bank details and would just take the money!
Looking at other comments about this company something needs to be done to stop them hassling elderly people.
I will report to trading standards too.- Caller: natura heathcare

- Jan| 5 repliesMy 83 yo Mum has been duped too, to the tune of GBP250!@#
I did call them and they promised a call back in 10 mins, and they did, we don;t have the product as yet, but they have committed to a full refund, less postage, when we return the product. They did promise me an email, and of course thats a no-show
I am very sceptical any refund will happen, however the bank will also intervene if we don;t receive the product after 30 days to get our money back.
I am horrified to see how easy it is for these scammers to easily access our elderly parents and family, this is a disgrace, government needs to do something about this, families and banks can only do so much, they all need to be stopped.
In Australia, our government intervened, introduced a 'Do Not Call register' if your phone no is registered on there and they continue to call, there is an easy reporting system, once they have breached the policy, the govt follows it up.
I believe this will only change when government does something, otherwise these guys continue and our elderly relations continue to get stressed and ripped off.
Ex-Directory phone no is next for us.

- care worker replies to Jan| 4 repliesI help a 92 year old lady. She lost lots of money to Natura Health Care. Her family realised what was going on, and her credit and debit cards were cancelled, new ones issued, and they thought she had taken on board about not buying from tele sales.
However last week she received a parcel from Forte Wellness (109 forte wellness house, 176 station Road, Harrow, London HA1 2RH) 15 boxes of PomNectar, total with postage £198.84!!
How can these people sleep at night?? - Opijni replies to care worker| 3 repliesAhhh 'forte wellness' now? Another company name for me to look up and name and shame all those involved. Just like sanda wellbeing, natura healthcare, vitabeing, elbon wellness - all these companies are interconnected scams that originate in Goa and Mumbai. Kick up enough of a fuss and they should refund your money - after all they do not want the bad publicity, but i am more than happy to share some bad publicity for them. These companies are scum, they are parasites preying on vulnerable and often confused elderly people - se with dementia and their actions must bring great shame on their family names.
- Opijni| 1 replyThese companies read these threads incidentally - so make sure you let them know what despicable, low-life, thieving, parasitic scum you think they are!
- james replies to OpijniNatura are doubtlessly some scum/scam individual-scarcely a company: and he/she is very slick to get our money and disappear down a tablet hole. Warn your bank immediately and cancel with your bank any card details you have released to the unknown so that the card cannot be used in some future withdrawal of which you know nothing.
I wonder where all these 'experts' received their so-called professional training. Possibly Battersea Dogs Home !
Your doctor will have some good ideas for you. Trust him/her.
All the best. - james replies to Mrs M LumbYes. Ring your bank NOW. Cancel you card and get it replaced by a new card number.
- JezNatura Health Care have also just phoned my mum and sold her £246 of Extract Of Pomegranate tablets. I called them - the number is a Tyneside dialling code going through to an call centre in India and the lady there 'Lisa' again, said the office is in London.
The thing is that in March this year a company called Souza Prolife based in Belfast called her and sold her £293 of Pomegranate tablets. thankfully they did at least refund.
This is obviously a series of related companies. My trading standards ref is AB12367789 and I also informed the Information Commissioners Office for data protection.- Caller: Natura Health Care and Souza Prolife
- Jane Monk| 8 repliesMy elderly mother has had a call from a so called Jasmine and duped her into giving her card details out for Rose Hip syrup, to the sum of £127.99, bless her, the transaction must have been fast tracked as was out of her account within minutes, I have contacted the fraud team at her bank and they are onto it.
Thinking now there are so many cases of this that I might take it further, this company is preying on our elderly relatives in OUR country, how dare they, they will get their just rewards, behind bars I hope!- Caller: Natura Healthcare

- Sandy replies to Jane Monk| 7 replieswhat substantiated evidence you have, to advocate our company as criminal ? and indeed if we are vultures then why the hell do people give their card nos to us over the phone ??
Secondly, before you accuse of targeting vulnerable people, I wander why British society only starts worrying about their parents or grand parents when monies are concerned ?? Nobody cares in our English culture for our parents or grand parents to stay with our own family??
Look at Asian or especially Indian culture you will hardly find parents or grand parents in care homes, because you do not value your parents or grand parent's and asians definitely do more
so grow up - TamTwo quick points from your questions:
Why do people give card numbers ................might be the old "You can fool some people, some of the time" etc.
AND
Are you part of "British Society"" or "English culture", or UK or GB or...............? - George replies to SandyI will tell you why people give their card numbers. It is because thieving scum like your "company" target the elderly. Why do you do that? You do it because you know they are more trustimg than younger people and cannot believe that there are vermin like you out their who would steal from them. You say that Asian communities look after their elderly better than "British society". Does that include Asians stealing from the elderly of "British sciety"? Your companies are based in Goa and Mumbai and they are stealing from elderly and vulnerable people. Does that make you good Asians?
- care worker replies to SandyThey give your card numbers to you over the phone, because they are elderly, trusting and vulnerable. Your company is targeting this group, maybe not criminal, but definitely very immoral!
Our cultures may be different, but that does not mean we value our parents/grandparents less. We think it is best for our elderly relatives to be able to stay in their own homes ( not care homes) for as long as possible. With support from care workers, friends and family, but at the same time giving them them independence to control their own finances etc, company's like yours are ruining this!
I am a care worker, and have nothing financial to gain. - Jane Monk replies to SandyYou are obviously not very intelligent, asking me how do I know that your company is criminal, as you are asking that on page 5 of a list of comments from the hundreds of people that you have scammed, and how dare you try and impose your so called culture as the best, you are thieves. I can hold my head up high as I earn a living legitimately , when all you do is steal from our elderly to pay for your relatives upkeep, my mother worked hard all her life to earn her money, she didn't pray on your countrys elderly to survive, so go and steal from your own people if you think its ok to do so, see how they like it, you are being watched so believe me they are moving in on you, you will get your just rewards mark my words.
Not only that why would your parents want to live with common thieves, I know I wouldn't I would disown you! - jean G| 2 repliesreceived too very long phone calls over the last week from this company claiming to be health professionals and nutritionists- they sound very convincing and claim to help elderly people with arthritis etc.. It is a clever hard sell because they make you write down things the name of the telephone caller, an address in Merton London and the above phone number. i said I would look them up on the internet to check out what customers said about the product and finally managed to get them off the phone- only 14.99 a month if you have a passport and can prove your age etc.. special offer promotion normally 24.99!
Oh what a hard sell and waste of my precious time too.- Caller: Natura health care
- George replies to jean GWell done, you are one less person for this scum to scam. Make sure you tell as many of your elderly friends and relatives about this call. Shows you how bright they are, address in London with a North East England telephone number. If they 'phone again ask them how the weather is in Goa! Had you fallen for their tricks you would have found your £14.99 would have changed to £149.99 when it left your bank!
- Richard| 1 replyI have had a long call today from 01916456000,made by an Indian voiced woman called "Natasha".I did give my bank card number for payment for 8 months supply of Rose Hip as a building up of protection from arthritis in the joints.Later in the conversation I was asked whether I had dementia or Alzheimers.I checked my balance a while after the call, and will check again later today.I may well visit my Bank tomorrow to make sure no more than 141-91 is withdrawn. The address given was 38,Hendon Lane,London,N3 1TT as shown on Natura Healthcare Ltd. website.
- Caller: Natura Healthcare Ltd
- Call type: Telemarketer
- George replies to RichardThe London "address" is just an accommodation address. You know, one of those buildings with hundreds of "businesses" registered there. Did you wonder why a company with a London address was ringing you from a Tyneside number? Did you realise that now they have your bank details they will send you their rubbish every month and take whatever payment they want from your account? Did you know that you could get the same products from somewhere like Holland & Barrett much cheaper? This. and the other companies liked to it which all run the same scam against elderly and vulnerable people are, in factm based in Goa and Mumbai, India? Did you know that the owner Mr Patel has served a prison sentence for defrauding the NHS wghen he ran a company called Goldshield? Try Googling Sanda Welbeing, Elbon Welfare and Natura Healthcare and check out the links to Whocallsme to see the hundreds of complaints about these companies and their methods. Read about the elderly people who have been conned out of hundreds and, in some cases, thousands of pounds.

"A HEALTH supplements company has been prosecuted after a Rugby pensioner parted with nearly £10,000.
Sanda Wellbeing Ltd, a UK-based company specialising in telesales of high-value health supplements, has been convicted of four offences relating to supplements sold to the unnamed 89 year old man over an eighteen-month period.
Warwickshire County Council's Trading Standards began its investigation into the workings of the company after discovering the victim had spent £9,900 on a wide range of products claiming to improve health.
Leamington Spa Magistrates Court heard Sanda Wellbeing used an Indian call centre run by a closely connected Indian registered company, Sanda Wellbeing PVT Ltd, to generate sales.
It targeted affluent home owners with a credit or debit card, aged over 50, who had either reported suffering from mobility issues or who may be interested in buying health supplements.
The prosecution heard telesales staff followed scripts to potential customers that contained a number of nutritional claims and benefits of the products on offer, including the level of nutrients they contained.
The investigation has since revealed after thorough dietary analysis, not only did some supplements not contain the promised levels of nutrients, they were also being sold in hugely elevated quantities. In some cases the products would have exceeded their “best before” date long before they could all have been taken.
The court heard the company had no procedures in place to prevent inappropriate quantities or combinations of products being sold to customers, nor were upper limits applied to ensure products did not contain excessive levels of nutrients, such as vitamin A which is found to be detrimental to health with excess intake, as compared with the content stated on the label.
The company was found guilty of three offences arising from the sale of its products to the Rugby victim, and a further offence relating to a misleading claim about the levels of nutrients present in the product 'Pomy'.
Sentencing, District Judge Robertson said the court regarded the offences as serious and significant breaches of consumer protection legislation.
He added Sanda Wellbeing took advantage of an elderly man’s vulnerability and had shown a reckless disregard for the requirements of professional diligence.
Official records showed the company had traded at a loss, had no assets and was now in liquidation, which was taken into account and for these reasons a three-year conditional discharge was imposed on each charge.
Director of Sanda Wellbeing at the time of the offences, Ajit Ramanlal Patel, paid prosecution costs and compensation to the customer together totalling £41,500.
He gave undertakings to Warwickshire Trading Standards he would not, in future business dealings, engage in the type of activity which Sanda Wellbeing had been convicted of.
Read more: Health company 'took advantage' of vulnerable pensioner | Rugby Observer" - Michelle replies to jean GMy mum had a call from 'Sarah', a local 😳 health professional. My mum was asked if she walked every day and even what she had for breakfast! I could hear 'Sarah' get more enthusiastic, the more my mom engaged with her. My mum eventually took the telephone number and ended the call without any figures or bank details being exchanged.
Lucky escape, I think!
