- S Shilliday replies to Alison| 2 replies01916456000 is a number that belongs to Natura Health Care and they seem to target older people for products such as rosehip supplements. My mother parted with £197 and never received her order. So I advised her to dispute the payment via her bank and cancel her existing card. She did this and pleased to say that the bank have just credited her account with the full amount taken by Natura Health Care. I read previous comments listed by other people saying they had not been so lucky receiving refunds. We also posted something on their Facebook page and received a reply to say they had sent the goods out and my mother had signed for them - which she never did! Their Facebook page has now expired but seem to be using a new company name called Nutrigiene Healthcare.
I have informed all my older relatives NOT to sign up to this company and to basically put the phone down! - Nan replies to S ShillidayYou should also add Sanda Wellbeing and Elbon to the list of companies to warn your elders about. All three of these companies seem to share the same sales ethic. They target the elderly and vulnerable with a range of quack remedies, particularly Rosehip variants. They pretend to be Healthcare Professionals, which they are not, and give the impression of being very concerned with the victim's health. In fact, they neither know, nor care, about that and only want to get their credit card or bank details and steal their money. The other companies are based in India and use "virtual addresses" in the UK and I have reason to believe Natura are the same. This makes them almost untouchable in the UK, so allwe can do is warn as many of our elderly as possible to beware of them.
- Gill| 1 replyYes my mum got a call this morning. They have been calling her several times a day and she normally puts the phone down. But today they started talking to her about her condition and "pomegranate seeds" She is switched on enough to realise it was a scam and that the Asian sounding person who tried to convince her he really was "Gordon" was a con man. When she quizzed him about his accent he said he was Spanish - Gordon Rodriguez!! The worrying thing is that he (A) knew all her personal details and about her illness and (B) knew she had a bank card - when she told him she didn't have one he said that "he knew better". Where is this company getting the information from - that is the important question as this is a BLATENT infringement of the Data Protection Act and they are therefore breaking the law. Why are the police (i.e. Action Fraud) not putting these scumbag immigrants in jail where they belong. We will be taking this up with our MP and will not be letting it rest. Getting a refund is not the answer. They need catching and prosecuting and anyone who gets these calls should contact their MP and lets get some proper action against these criminals.

- Nan replies to GillWith regard to your mum's health these scammers are very skilled in what they do. By subtle questioning, which she might not even been aware of, they get an idea of her conditions. When you think that most elderly people suffer from very similar conditions it is not hard to make educated guesses, which is what they do. With regard to her bank card they work on probabilities which, again, they are very good at. Remember, they are trying to fleece the elderly day in, day out. Action Fraud and other agencies in the UK cannot touch them as they are based overseas, usually India, with virtual addresses in the UK. The only thing we can do is warn as many people as possible about these people. There are warnings in most GPs Surgeries and Health Centres, so check yours out and, if they haven't got one, ask them to put one up.
- Elaine| 1 replyI was called by a very persistent girl called Lisa she bullied me into buying some Rosehip Extract 800mgms 2 weeks later I have not recieved them, I am very worried as I gave her my bank details. I have rung the number she gave me, no answer. Could they take more money out of my bank?

- Jill| 1 replyMy 80 year old mother has had at least 3 phone calls from this company trying to persuade her to buy GOPO for her athritis. As an ex nurse, she wanted some literature to read and discuss with her family, but was told they would only send it if she bought the tablets. Luckily she refused. She thinks she has been targeted because she has been filling in surveys received in the post. BE WARNED. Don't fill in these things or give information over the phone. You never know who might get their hands on the information and what they might do with it. My mother has had a lucky escape I think.

- Nan replies to ElaineYes they could. Contact your bank urgently and tell them that you have been conned. Ask them to stop any payment going out to these people.
- Nan replies to JillThat is very sound advice. These con artists target the elderly because they know they are more trusting than younger people. They also know that many elderly people would be too ashamed at being duped to tell their families what has happened. Some of the posts on the Sanda Wellbeing and Elbon numbers on this website are heartbreaking. People have lost thousands because they would not tell their families and this scum keep sending their rubbish and taking money from the victim's bank account. As those two companies and this one all use the same techniques and sell the same type of products, it does make you wonder if there is a connection. Sanda and Elbon seem to target the South East and this lot seem to be targetting the North East.
- BevBMy husband was called during the day by someone from Natura HC. He suffers with dementia and is a vulnerable adult, I have to work full-time for us to live and consequently he is alone during the day. He could not recall the conversation nor what was done but on opening a letter from the bank I discovered that he had been duped into giving bank details and paid £155.99. As someone with no short-term memory he was extremely upset at the thought of being conned and also of letting me down losing the money.
As soon as I saw what had happened I rang Action Fraud and reported them. The guy was very helpful and told me to go to the bank and get them to reverse the payment as it was definitely taken fraudulently. I contacted the bank and explained the circumstances and my husband's condition - I also lodged the POA which I had completed 2 years previously which had not been necessary until now. The bank were excellent. they reversed the payment immediately (this is possible up to 2 years later I was told) and said they would place a charge on the company to erturn the money to them. The case was then lodged with their own Fraud team. I was told they would cancel the card and reissue to me and revoke all access to his account other than thro me so no one can ever do this again without mu permission.
Do not be fobbed off - go and see your bank and demand action. Interestingly, the company rang me today - they had rung home and got my work no and she said she wanted me to remove the charge by the bank and allow her to refund the money - I told her no and said it was out of my hands. She claimed she did not know how this had happened and I put her right on ripping off vulnerable people in their own homes and gave her short shrift - she did apologise but it is worrying to think of how many older people out there do not have the luxury of someone to protect them.- Caller: Natura Healthcare
- Patricia ArmstrongPaid 130.00 for 5 months supply of rosehip extract today. Having now read all this, I don't suppose I will ever get anything back.
He gave me a telephone no and an address in London and I was interested in the product so went ahead then got worried and looked on the internet and saw this.he said he was giving me a discount because I am 70. I thought later that it was unusual for a business to give discounts to pensioners.
The address is Natura Healthcare, 5-252 Haydons Road, London SW19 8TT and the phone number is as bove. I don't believe I could have been so stupid.- Caller: natura health care.
- opijniSanda Wellbeing details are here: http://companycheck.co.uk/company/06377623
They are currently using ALBEMARLE HOUSE 1, ALBEMARLE STREET, LONDON W1S 4HA as their registered office and trading address.Their address was changed last year but you have to buy a report in order to access that information. Interestingly enough, according to this site as of the 1st of June Sanda are in liquidation: http://www.companiesintheuk.co.uk/ltd/sanda-wellbeing-1
Sanda even have their own facebook page which has been abandoned after people had posted such gems as "The head of Sanda, Ajit Patel was on trial for years, when he was the Chairman of Goldshield, for trying to defraud the NHS by millions." My personal favourite was an old employee (I won't name names) who has posted on their facebook page how although she no longer works there, she misses the company and it's employees - that lady lives.....coincidentally?.....in Goa!
As for Natura HealthCare you can read their details here: http://companycheck.co.uk/company/08099180/NATURA-HEALTHCARE-LIMITED
Currently using (a residential) FLAT 3, 252-254 HAYDONS ROAD, LONDON SW19 8TT as their register office and trading address!
This company have moved addresses and areas quite frequently over the years jumping from various locations in the north of England, Their Facebook page admin, who is also a Director at Spectrum Healthcare (another name to watch?) lives in Mumbai.....and has connections to Goa. An online directory also has a listing for a Natura Healthcare in Panaji....in Goa! There is a couple of telephone numbers for them: 9673055239, 9765509198 and other previous employees have linked-in pages and Facebook pages stating that they worked for them....most of these people reside in Goa.
To bring me to Elbon Wellbeing - their company details can be found here. http://companycheck.co.uk/company/07013434/ELBON-WELLBEING-LIMITED
You'll notice from the companycheck.co.uk website links all three of these companies use Ascio Technologies, Inc as the Website's Registrar's name - with the same Registrants organisation details cropping up again and again: Domestic & General Group Limited - with the following details:
Wan (Note: Should be 'Swan') Court, 11 Worple Road, Wimbledon SW19 4JS. When you Google the incorrectly spelt address it brings up an interesting array of seemingly inter-connected companies. I have a feeling if we spend a bit of time Googling that address we'll uncover a few more of these dodgy companies.
One thing is certain though - all roads lead to Goa it seems for this trio of companies!
- opijni| 1 replyI love reading other people's cv's online, especially when they reveal glaring links between a network of nasty telesales scams that prey on the elderly or vulnerable:

Elbon Wellbeing are members of the British Business Group Goa - "The BBG in India is open to companies, organisations and individuals who are actively involved in British, Indian and International business relationships." - Nan replies to opijniWell, well. The noose just keeps getting tighter, doesn't it? The Goa connection made it look pretty certain that there was a connection between these three scamming sewer rats, now you have put the icing on the cake. The fact that the same person did the same job for all three "companies" proves we were right in what we thought. I wonder if Mr Patel has his grubby little fingers in the other two as well as Sanda?
- opijni replies to S ShillidayOne of the directors of Nutrigene Healthcare Limited - Mr Jasprit Singh Chatrath - also cites himself as a director of Natura Healthcare
http://in.linkedin.com/pub/jasprit-singh-chatrath/59/705/2a0 - CazzerNatura Healthcare have done it again! They contacted my ealderly lonely father on a protected telephone line and talked him into giving his card details taking £245.99 from someon who only has his pension to survive on. How do these people live with themselves someone needs to stop them.
- MargaretH| 1 replyI had a 55 minute telephone call from Alesha who sold me some pomegranate tablets and I paid about £44.00. Now I have read all the posts on this site I wish I had not. I am now not expecting them to arrive and feel foolish because I have never done anything so stupid before and I am now afraid that they have my bank details and will use them again. I will, in future so as I usually do and tell them to go away. I am not naturally rude and hopeless at lying but these people make me lie all the time. I only have my pension too.

- George replies to MargaretHThere is some information higher up the page on what to do. Contact your bank immediately and tell them you have been conned and to stop any payment to this lot. If the payment has been taken (which is very likely) ask them top raise a dispute and reclaim your money. If you contact Action Fraud they may give you a crime number which will help your case.
- opijniThis is a nasty scam that operates from India. Do not give them your bank details and never engage in conversation with them. If you find out your parents or a relatives have been scammed by this or a similar company, contact them and demand a refund - or else threaten to expose them to the relevant authorities and the media - trust me they will pay up! These people are fraudsters and they rely on continuously direct debiting elderly people's bank accounts for useless supplements they do not need.- just like Sanda Wellbeing, Sera Wellbeing, Vitabeing and Elbon Healthcare. Look up the similarities of these other companies by searching them on Google. These people are the scum of the earth and they bring great shame on their family!
