Fairly certain that this is scam where the caller tells you they are from Virgin Media but I doubt if they are. Never tell them anything; if they are from Virgin and you are a customer, they will already know your details.

Just called saying they were from Virgin, ask to speak to Mr ? When I  Said he didn't live here they put phone down

Knew my name but then asked me to "confirm" i.e. tell them,personal details.  Said theyv were offering me a discount; ha ha.  Time wasting nuisance call

This number phones me several times a day even though I never answer it .

I also have had this number calling me 2 - 5 times a day but today I have reported it to Action Fraud and I am now keeping a record of all the phone calls that I get, ie time and date.
I was told by Action Fraud to call Telephone Preference to register which I have done

Also I was told by Action Fraud to call Virgin Nuisance call 0800 953 3333 and was told that no one had called me
