I got a call from this number it seems to be Virgin, I am not with virgin. This is a new home and a new number what is going on? I do not want telesales calls from anyone. They said something has gone wrong and they would call me back. Or I could call Virgin on 150 from my virgin phone. I do not have a Virgin phone. Left me a number 08454541111. I will not be using this.

virgin media offering me free upgrade of broadband i had 2 screem at him i dont play games, download music or films i just want my bill reduced.  he then asked me if i have a mobile  he had just rung me on it   how did he get my no.

have recieved a call today from number 02070594000 missed the call but called it back and got a lady who answered when i asked why they keep calling she cut me off so pathetic

Hi Just had a call from 02070 594000, i saod hello, and nothing was said, so i hung up, then picked up my receiver to do 1471 to find out callers number, and my phone was still connected to who ever had called me, so i clicked my receiver a few times until it disconnected them, I then dialled 1471 again to find out the callers number, then decided to type it into my computer to find out its a scam. Think these people who do this really do need to get a life.

I answered once and they said they had an offer from Virgin for existing customers but was wary as it did not sound right, I said I was busy and now they keep calling back. I spoke to Virgin and they said this is not their number and if they call again say you are going to call Virgin directly for any offers.
Sounds like a scam do not answer it.

Just had someone call for this number. My husband answered, they asked for me and he told them to hold on he'll just pass the phone to me and then they Hung up. Tried to call the number back, it rodent exist apparently.

I have been getting calls from this number of late and also 0845/0844 numbers too! It's getting ridiculous to be honest, what are virgin media playing at! Thinking of removing the phone alltogether because it gets so annoying that the phone is unplugged most of the time now. Just aswell i have a contract mobile phone.

I keep getting calls form this number and when I tried to call back there is a message saying the number is incorrect. I am totally fed up with these calls and the next one receive will be treated to my annoyance and be told t stop ringing the number.

Had a call from 0800 4089340 02.02.12 & 0207 0594000 03.02.12 while at work, as I don't recognize the number I won't answer it.

It's very annoyin'. I work different shifts so keep getting woken up at all sorts of hours. I ain't half tempted to just rip the virgin line box & all straight of the wall & chuck it in thte street. Virgin can't do jack as they knackered the plaster in my house when the line was installed. What a mistake. they're just cowboys. Remember Little Big Horn................

this  number has just rung 0207059400 our house, didnt answer it the answer machine kicks in, just looked the number up and it looks like one of those radom people that ring every day at set times,  got one ringing my mobile too, annoying [***] they are, wish they would just do one and go get a proper job,  knob joys !!!

Same here - this one's just started up again. They seem to alternate between the 0207 number and some 0845 numbers - always the same. usually twice a day, morning and late afternoon.
Virgin media deny they are involved with this, check the forum post on their own site about it. I answered once, the pitch was to join Virgin Mobile as I was a Virgin Media customer.Guess what they'd rung me on? That's right, my Virgin Mobile.

I'm sick of getting phone calls from this number. They pretent to be someone else and when I ask them how they gor my number they hang up.  I'm already with TPS; I'm with Virgin - if I have to switch, I will.

It is not Virgin that are calling it is a scam.

Not a lot they can do, same as not a lot any other phone company can do.

I've just had my third call from this number on my mobile. I used to have a Virgin landline and TV package. I haven't had either for two years and have no TV or landline at all. I never pick up numbers that aren't known. I always wait for them to leave a message. I know now not to answer this number. This site has been a help, thank you.
