- JudeThis number keeps calling. Usually there's no answer when I pick up the phone and say "hello". Today I waited a bit longer and a woman's voice said "goodbye".

- SteveB| 1 replyI also recieved a call from this number, which is illegal as I am subscribed to TPS and I am reporting this number, they guy immediately launched into his rehearsed lines, trying to get me to let them claim back my PPI, I said I will have to stop you there because, firstly I am subscribed to TPS and that being the case, can you tell me how you got my number, they guy got agitated, and aggresively started talking over me, how arrogant but determined to get an answer I carried on asking, the line went the same way that guys brain is "dead", so I never got to say the ..and secondly part, in which case I was going to tell him that I have already successfully claimed my PPI back, thanks, so I dont need some third party parasite to act on my behalf for a cut of MY PPI refund. Anyway what puzzles me is why anyone in their right mind would get a solictor or third party to claim their PPI back on their behalf, when its as easy as abc, all you have to do to claim it back is to simply prove your PPI was missold, you will never need anyone to do it on your behalf.

"We are "The Agency of Choice" for many of the UK’s largest users of contract labour and offer comprehensive services in all categories. We have sustained working relationships with our Clients and believe in developing long term partnerships."

- wantangbobI've had a few calls from them today but missed each one.
The odd thing is that 1 - You don't need a 'claim management' company who will take a large chunk of the refund, you can simply write a letter to your bank and they will investigate. Most have a policy of just refunding once they have confirmed that you had PPI and never clamed.
2 - I work for a bank. The only loans\credit cards I have ever had a with my empolyer and TBH, I know that PPI is a rip-off.- Call type: Telemarketer
