I was invited by SSC Marketing to attend  an interview today but after reading this forum I have decided not to atten it. I've just sent an email canceling the interview. Same letters sending to everyone! I wish I had seen it before.

It is not worthy! wast of time and money!

I agree, it was great working there during my studies. I think these guys are just unhappy they couldnt do it. I watched loads a promotions to mangement when i was there, unfortunately not everyone can do it or everyone would be doing it

i just had an interview today with them got through. what a waste of time spent a hole day in bus selling victoria jackson [***] make up and they get £5 commission they work 12 hours 7:30 am till 7;30 pm monday to saturday they say its entry level and they train you to become a manager with in 10 months and you will be earning £64 to £74 grand a year bull [***].... don't go for it ..

I got the blue moon direct treatment, South Quay is where their office is now based at a place called angel house...... The office is [***] loud, music playing all the time, manager team talks where he talks utter [***] about a 'campaign' which involves you going door to door for the entire day. I shadowed a guy for the day, nice guy and everything but it seems he's been gassed up aswell. They all tried to gas me up with the possibilty of a managers promotion in a single year where you'd earn 50-70k a year... Yeah [***] right!! As if... and it's commission based so you're not getting [***] if you don't get any bites. The guy I worked with got 3 which is your supposed target daily and 18 for the week so over 6 days monday to saturday where you're out in total of 66 hours. You do the math people but.... I won't be sucked into that and I hope I'm helping others. I had two interviews in one day after I got back to the office at 9:30pm =/ where the manager was all fake and offered me a start TODAY. They just want you to be slaves and don't really care about you. Wasted £15 on my oyster card that I really needed... Heed my warning...

As mentioned in our conversation your appointment is scheduled with us on the 15/03/2012 at 2:45 PM. You will be interviewed by my manager so it would be great if you could dress smart (Suit or Shirt trousers and tie) and also bring in a copy of your CV with yourself. A print out of this email will also come in hand for when you get here.

Your appointment with us should last around 30-45 minutes, during your appointment the manager will be sitting down with you and will be explaining our company background, goals, pay structure, role and the hours to you in further detail. This will also be the time where you will be able to explain to the manager your goals and ambitions as well as asking any questions you think will help you understand the role in further detail.

If my interview was at the time specified, why was I waiting half an hour longer and why was my friend allowed to come with me, not so formal when you ask someone to dress smart and [***] but you can bring a friend to tag along =S

I am an online mkearting manager and I want to be able to know a little bit about graphic design and html so I can easily create and edit pages online. I also want to be able to edit graphic images (very basic stuff) and save them in optimal ways for my page. which software should I be learning? photoshop? indesign? studio? dreamweaver? thanks

did you go for this interview in the end, as i have just been offered a interview there and after reading this forum am a bit apprehensive on what to expect and whether it's worthwhile or not??

You need to send your resume out to real jobs you are qiiulfaed to do. In your cover letter you need to state that you wish to work remotely, from your home office. LOTS of companies, especially in CA operate this way. They usually provide transportation for you to come in for an interview and for you to attend company meetings a few times a year, but otherwise everything is done online.

My son has worked for bluemoon direct for a month now and received no wages as yet.i have shown him this forum but he seems to have been brainwashed by them,so far it has cost me over 300 pounds for fares and food as he leave the house at 8.30am arriving back at gone midnight.how can we convince him it is not worth it (my holiday money seems gone never to be seen again)

Hello Francois, the dancing video rlleay sums it up brilliantly.  And yes, what could be more rewarding than rlleay doing what you love doing  connecting and making a difference in people's lives. And not having to do the daily commute also REALLY adds to the attraction!  Happy to be a NETWORKER!

Had the same experience with this BLUE MOON DIRECT...i wasted my money to travel and one whole precious day got useless!! Please note this is a SCAM..
If i had read the posts a day ago i would be saved...
All you guys there pls make a note of this company....and save yourselves...
