called today from "windows support operating team" in "oxford" when pressed for his post code and full address of his building he wouldn't comply. I was told we have downloaded an infected file or words to that effect.

he hung up in the end as I told him to gain access to my system he'd have to give me the full name and company address of his business and his full name. strangely he wasn't willing to make known these facts and hung up.
