First of all, NEVER give your name. This company got your details from a questionaire or on-line survey you have submitted/completed (E.G. - Valued Opinions). They are just another "scam" company claiming to help get PPI's back. They have "bought" your number and will continue to ring you at various times of the day. I have them 'listed' on my phone as "Scam PPI" so whenever they ring I just ignore. You can of course demand they delete your number from their database and records, and it wouldn't hurt to state that you intend to report them to OFCOM, but from reading some comments here, that doesn't necessarily deter them. Try doing what other people have suggested and "play" them at their own game, have a bit of fun with them then just cut them off! All that being said, at the end of the day, you don't HAVE to answer the phone!! .......Just an obvservation lolol. :)

Even if you asked for ppi with your loan, that still doesn't mean you were not mis-sold. Ppi isn't fit for purpose for most people. Are you self employed? Shouldn't have ppi. Where you going to retire before the loan ended? Shouldn't have ppi. If you had a sore back and were off work 20 years ago and your back became sore again and you're off work. Are you covered? NO!! Are you the second person named on a joint policy? Are you covered? NO? Are you the 94 year old lady I spoke to last week who's bank gave her a 4k loan with ppi to hover a mobility scooter? Did you get ppi? Yes? Are you covered? Not if you die? Should the bank have sold it? No!

And yes guys I call from that number daily. Some don't like it and others do because they get hundreds, thousands and in some cases? Tens of thousands back for doing little. Emcas is legitimate and ministry of justice regulated.

I don't want to be called by this number and not happy that my ex-directory number is out there. As any endowment was sorted when my husband died, I don't want to drag up anything that happened several years ago. Just leave me alone!

Today I got a call from a lady who had a N. Ireland accent and has no listening skills had to tell her to shut up and listen on more than once.

This number is calling me maybe 5 or 6 times a day I have already told them I dont have ppi@s and have never had any but still they keep calling! Most times when I answer they don't even speak! They are starting to become a nuisance.

Who needs ppi claim companies, it's so easy to do yourself, why let them have a percentage of what you are owed!!!

i have had at least 10 alls in last 3days each time answer they either hang up or start speaking and then hang up, really fed up as not well at present and to keep being woken up to answer that call again...

I had a call from EMCAS UK!! In December 2011 and decided to make a claim after lots of research and found out that the number 02890324055 is EMCAS NI formally emc advisory a completly diffrent company to the one calling in the UK explaining the Irish lads.

Just revived £8,000 in claims..

Had full contact with the company and am very pleased have recommended to several friend's.. just shows a bit of research and not being so paranoid they these company's are out to rip you off.

I actually work for this company tbh there a great company who win back lots of money for clients just like yourself basically take the call if you hang up it goes straight back threw the dialler and you will be called again. Take the call have a good listen to it and you could possibly be helped out if we're not able to help you out atleast you tryed and you'll never be called again

telesales ?!?!...vultures more like. BUYING your phone numbers from other vultures. I'd rather be unemployed than ruin peoples lives, invading their homes with offers of something they won't provide. They phone at unacceptable hours, or on repeat 16 times an hour...does that sound like someone offering help. If you don't answer they phone again and again and again. EITHER DON'T ANSWER OR FIND A WAY TO REPAY THEIR KINDNESS. I found the perfect solution...and may they all go deaf as a result. SCUM OF THE EARTH...may the crap day they inflict on others come back at them every second of every day. CONNOR  your pure scum.

These people are liars! They will not stop calling despite having spoken to them 3 times. I have reported to OFCOM twice and will now bw reporting them to the police off harassment. Suggest other people do the same.

Funnily enough I've been receiving calls from a nice young man with a soft Irish accent from this number too. At least he was nice over the past 2 weeks as I kept requestig that they remove our number from their system as we are registered with the Telephone Preference Service so they shouldn't be contacting us anyway. Maybe he was in a bad mood today, (as was I after repeatedly being told that our number was being removed!) but he became aggressive and pushy, insisted that I'm lying about not being entitled to PPI. Given that I've never taken out a bank loan I'm pretty confident that I'm not! Turns out he was the liar as in a previous call he told me he was contacting us through legal means as we'd bought something from his company... Clearly not!! When I repeated that I did not wish to be contacted he stated that he'd keep calling until I listen to him. Am feeling really angry about the whole thing, having recently suffered a bereavement the last thing I'm in the mood for is illegal scum tactics like this. Will be reporting them to TPS today.

I  am ex-directory and I would like this company to stop ringing during the day as my husband works nights and awakens him from his sleep and cannot get beack to sleep again. I have to put up with his tiredness when going to work due to this phone number. Please, surely if people wanted PPI we could get help via the internet or telephone. Its quite obvious if we dont ring you then we dont need you so stop ringing us at stupid times of the day.

Just been rung by these people who claimed I was on a PPI list. What rubbish, never had PPI ever!
