I work for this company and I can tell you its not a scam. If any one of you people took the time to actually speak to us properly you would find that any of the details we ask for are not sensative. Loan policy numbers and card numbers are used as reference numbers, if they were sensitive you wouldn't receive them on letters in the post. We are not cold calling you either YOU filled in the survey so if your tortured you learn from your own mistake don't take it out on us because we are here to help you.
We also understand that sometimes there is silence when you answer which is a glitch we are trying to sort out.
As for those who call it a scam, you clearly know nothing...you will be the people who will get scammed by other companies who charge you a fortune and disappear.
Next time our number rings talk to us, if we can't help we will do our best to get you removed, but if your name has been on more than one survey then its not our fault. We get your details from an independant company.

My wife missed a call today with this number and fortunately did not ring it back.

I got a call from this number but nobody spoke it just went dead after a while! I am on TPS so should not get these calls!

thats how we get the info, or you forgot to tick the box indicating you did not want to be contacted by 3rd party affiliates when filling out any applications

I work for this company and we dont scam people. We help genuine people who need help with there missold policies. If we was a scam then how as an orgination have we won over £275 millions in compensation?
You could always go with we fight any claim who ripped several of my clients out of £1000 and recieved nothing. In regards to the dead tone it goes through a management system that continues to pull calls, if there is no agent it rings off.
You have the option as an individual to claim yourself or use your 'FINANCIAL ADVISOR' who were known for giving wrong advice to claim it back for you.
I have helped numerous clients claim money back and get recommened on a daily basis.

Your clearly an old ifa or just someone who has no clue about what we provide as a company. Once you get cold hard facts about us as a company, don't really feel u have a right to call us a 'scam' tbh.

I received a silent call from this number which I thought was illegal. Timed at 07/02/2012   20.08

I received a call from this company and even although they were told I didn't have a credit card  they still said they would call back later.  I didn't fill in a survey either so where do these people get off blaming the people they are col calling

This company keeps constantly calling me! I don't pick up the phone unless I know who's calling and I dail 1471. I don't even know who they are!

Didn't answer this call but then I decided to put 141 and then ring the number.It didn't even ring just gave a long unobtainable tone
I am fed up with all these calls that's why I thought I'd ring them and give them the silent treatment. Unfortunately didn't work

If this is how the company represents itself in a forum I won't have anything to do with them.

This number has rung me twice daily for the last 3 days but there is no one on the other end of the phone

this person calling re - endowment mortgage shortfalls and able to claim from the company who sold them - states calling from Belfast and company based in Ipswich. Was asking me to get any policy numbers  from company so he could give me answers - advised I was not able at this time - his toned changed asking me why as I would lose money - I still refused as I had no time -stated he will call me back next week for details - states from company EMA advisory service and gave me the phone  number  - tried to google company with no luck? Guess what I will not be answering phone next week ???

So why do you keep calling....usually silent calls?  I have now managed to speak to 'William Parker' on this number and he assures me my number will be removed from the list.  We will see......
