This person keeps calling assking for Mrs Williams. He is told that she never lived here and not to ring again, but he still does. Man with Asian accent.

JUST GOT A CALL FROM 034009054 AND LINE DEAD

had a call from this number and told me he,s from inland revenue and wanted my bank details , he said i was entitled to some of my tax back as i haven,t claimed any back before . load of bull**t . said his name was david nicolas , sounded asian though ! this call was at 7.30pm in the evening perhaps he,s working overtime .idiot

Called again today, ( 7/4 ), no message left, whoever you are your a pain in the butt

Had a call at 10.30 am this morning from this number hung on for 20 seconds then put the phone down, again tonight at 2130 the same number dialled and did the same thing. Looking back had similiar callls regarding tax back from asian people but was suspicious. It really is nightmare!

034009054 has called us lost count how many times and one week everyday solid twice a day asian man,as well asian woman, always wanting to speak to my husband they have been from house banding to say they owe us money and need card details,they have been from our bank fraud department,as well as our bank themselves but still requiring card details,as well as microsoft, they must think we just got of the boat like they have,sounds like a husband and wife team tryin to rip us all of, we have had that many calls from them we reconise their voices,although they tell us they have never called before.last call was today at 6.45pm so called from our bank 14.4.10 not many banks work that late if any.no ones bank would ring u up asking for card or account numbers so think twice and dont give out that information.i always say if not sure then hang up because they do get a bit testy if u question them then the penny should drop they arnt for real.they are leeches on us and should be strung up there all said without a swear word but they are enough to make a nun swear.

I run a search engine optimization company in Merseyside.

This started yesterday afternoon, with an female asian voice telling me she was Carly (?) from a web development company and asking if we outsourced.

l told her politely we do everything in house.

She disconnected without even saying goodbye.  l tried 1471 but her number was was not available to me.

This morning, same woman, same story, l asked if she knew that her company had called here yesterday, explained again that we don't outsource, and again she disconnected without a word of farewell.

20 minutes ago, same woman same story, same patient me, same hang up.

This time she forgot to hide her number, a quick 1471 gave me 034009054




SOLUTION for any TalkTalk customers.

Go to the TalkTalk website.

Click the Contact Us link and find the number for Customer Support.

Telephone Customer Support (free from all TalkTalk landlines).

Explain what is happening with the nuisance calls and give them the number.

They set me up with a temporary Call Barring option completely free of charge, and explained how to use it.

Simply wait 24 hours for the set up to click in, then the next time you get the nuisance call, follow the instructions they gave you.

Call barred - easy peasy.

The asian woman might call here again, but thanks to technical support staff at TalkTalk she won't get through.


And - although l am not sure there is a direct connection, l was getting similar calls to this last week from another nuisance number:

0448452860000

Whilst l am not saying these are the same people, it is quite a coincidence that when the daily calls from 044845 2860000 of last week ceased, the nuisance calls from 034009054 began.



For those suffering from nuisance calls who are not with TalkTalk, l suggest you contact your telephone provider, explain about the nuisance calls and ask for help.

l don't doubt every provider has a solution, you just have to ask.

I keep receiving calls from this number and when I say I'm not interested they rudely hang up in the middle of my sentence.  Got my own back this last time by asking "John" to hold for a moment and put the phone on my washing machine during a loud spin cycle!  Maybe they'll get the hint!!

I have had this same problem.

So far I have been offered Virus Scan technology, Free Bt Calls for £10.00, Call Barring via CPR for a one off payment of £30.00. Thankfully I have refused. Driving me crazy as kids sometimes answer the phone.

Phone rang at 5am on Wednesday 21st April 2010.  I picked it up - silence, I said "Hello" a few times, still nothing.  So I hung up, dialled 1471 and re-dialled - "Number has not been recognised".  Only one of these calls so far.

just got a call of em now 03pm asked for my mother then me, I was asked about some free footweare I told him to stick his fooking sandals and flipflops up his [***] and sell them to a company called 999 thay will buy em off you deffo if not try your own fooking people thay will prob need em more than any one !

He said thay was no need for abusive language.I said its the only english you lot seem to understand. He hung up lol

keep getting calls from this number and nobody is speaking when i answer .

I keep having the same calls too..and always an asian person at the other end !!
I keep getting an asian guy called brian from so called microsoft ..or they call but no answer !!
This brian asked if my laptop was ok and he was checking to see if i needed any asistance to which i politely saod no thanks and stop calling me ....he then went on to ask if i had another PC in the house ,
i then replied yes thanks and i can fix any pc related problems myself ..he would not hang up, so i did.
All i know is this is a scam and this guy or however they are should be arrested for harrassment .
When i dial 1471 the number is not know grrrrr ....

Caller from 034009054 said he was from Eazy Talk and wanted my bank details so that they  could transfer payment from Talk Talk to Eazy Talk

Silly foreigner called asking how our Sky box was - I told him to mind his own bl**dy business. I then tried to sell him a course 'How to speak in English - in Hinliglish' (Hinglish is Hindi & English). He said no - so I told him to P*ss off and stop bothering us then!

Is there going something wrong or most of here are fool.. unkonwn person call and asking about bank detail ...what to do..go for the police ..lols

Have had a call on  this number, and a series if calls from 02079807360 and 02070985550, these businesses claim to be in Manchester, all use the same story.  Caller is Asian and  is 'not selling anything', but wants to advise on consolidating unsecured loans.  
On the 034009054 they claimed to tbe the UK Welfare Association, (no such organisation),  I took the tack that where my details had been passed to them is was a contravention of the data protection Act and that I needed address and contact details to pass onto the police.  For some reason the chap didn't know the address he was calling from.  Funny that.  For the others I have quoted details (names, addresses etc) found for them on whocallsme.com, they have quickly back tracked.
