this number  rings my mobile phone 4  times a day everyday it is starting to annoy me now.. who is it???

if you have applied for an mbna card you will get a phone call a ''welcome call'' they will ask for security questions so they are giving info to the right person.They will go through some benefits and offer insurence and to do any transfer.this if from stellar uk on behalf of mbna.They also do offer the football,a and l and virgin cards.This is from a previous employee of stellar uk.

I got a missed call from this number, rang it back and someone answered in a call centre as Kent County Council.  No idea what it was in relation to or how they had my mobile number.

This number is calling my mobile - I answer - they hang up!

This number keeps calling our work number - no answer and very very annoying!!

I had a phone call from them this afternoon. As soon as I picked up the phone they hung up. I rang them back and an automated message told me it was a company called Stellar and they were operating on behalf of another company who wanted to tell me about an offer or service they provide.  They then told me a number to ring if I didn't want to be contacted again. However, when I rang this number it just rang and rang and no-one picked up. If you want the number, it's 0845 130 7252.

rang back - got all the details of Lee in Middlesex Ravenstock mobile cnetre - then informed them that I am a police officer and if I receive another call I will prosecute him for wasting police time.

I had this today - twice to my mobile number and once to my home number at around the same time. No message left. I suspect a scam where you call back and it costs a bomb.

i get a call from this number at least once every day if not more, they are driving me mad constantly ringing while i am at work. i am considering taking action getting them done for harrasment!! any ideas about how to go about it guys?? x

i just rang them back and they said they were something called "stella uk" working behalf of one of their clients and they had a product or service to offer me and if i wanted to not be contacted i had to ring another 0845 number to get them to stop calling-i dont think so it charges from mobile to call those numbers. grrr thats how they make their money charging you to get them to stop ringing you its discusting!

Several calls all ignored.. We're on TPS but seems to have no effect.. Next time i will answer and go ballistic.. If they feel free to ring my phone day & night then I'm entitled to call them an "annoying c~~t" when I answer.. let's see how it goes!!!

They've been calling twice a day for the last few months. Only rings a few times and then the line goes dead.

I've been plagued for months by this no.

Girl asked for my no then said she'd get it removed from database.
I told her every phone call was silent for a few seconds then dead.
She said it would take up to 24 hours to remove my no so I told her if there are any more calls from next week I will inform the police.

It takes 28 days for tps to register and if after this period you are stil getting calls you need to contact tps who can sue them for up to £5k!! the companies have to enter a tps code at the begining of each day from there phones and when they enter a phone number, if your registered with tps, it wont allow them to call you, so if they do call they are ignoring the tps code of conduct and are eligible for this fine - all marketing and sales companies have to adhere to this so make sure you let tps know!!!!

Calls at least once a day! Saying that the are offering a fantastic new financial deal from provident! What a joke! Said no thank you but still getting calls!

this is about the 15th time this number has called me, registered with TPS 6 months ago, did you know that if a company calls you and you are registered with TPS they  can be fined up to £2000.....  just wish i got a chance to speak to someone, they always hang up.....

Getting calls from 08000191773 everyday now.  Everytime I answer it, it just hangs up.
