I have just spoken to British Gas directly and asking about this number because I've been getting a lot of phone calls from this number they have confirmed it is not one of their numbers it is a scam line do not answer this number

They claim to be British Gas.  However the number is not recognised on BG's website number checker.  Told them last year we do ot want a smart meter.  Told them last week we do not want a smart meter.  'BG' said they would remove my details.  FYI they have subsequently called another 5 times.    Harrassing and agressive marketing.  Leave us alone.

Asked to ring back on different number to arrange for my Meter to be changed.  Rang British Gas and was told the lady was just inquiring if we wanted smart Meter.

Received call from female stating she was calling from British Gas to arrange to fit a smart meter at my property. Had difficulty understanding  what she said initially as she was talking very fast I asked her to repeat what she said  and then told her she would need to speak to my partner who would not be in till the evening.

Want to instal smart meters

Got call last week called the no re smart meters and got it sorted .but the no above is still calling me daily leaving messages .just called back so answered .could hear talking in the background and hung up .now becoming an harrasement .

It is British Gas regarding the fitting of Smart Meters. I live in sheltered accommodation and a lot of my neighbours are very happy with them. I have applied to have one fitted.

bogus calls purporting to be British gas. want to install gas meter. called real British gas they said not genuine and been reported to police

Beware ! Definitely NOT British Gas as they claim.
I have checked this number with British Gas and was told it is NOT one of their numbers.
This number has now called me eight times despite being told that I had no reason to want a "smart metre" fitted.

This number called today and as I didn't recognise it on caller ID I ignored it. Found out they had left a message. But when I listened to it, it was the end of a computerised message saying random letters ( in my case it was L A Y A M D M S G)! Strange - and like previous posters I am with British Gas unfortunately.

Called British Gas complaints line as was being harassed by this number day after day and even when asking them not to call again they still did, they confirmed they had called me today but wouldnt confirm it was there number as they have a 'lot' of numbers and was unable to check them all for this one. As I had only one call it seems logical that it was them and he agreed that it was likely to have been them, the person I spoke to was helpful and offered apologies, I made it clear that the repeat harassing calls on smart meter installation despite already declining was not on and have made a complaint about the way they handle this, I would advise anyone else having problems with this number not to put up with it and to call the complaints line for British Gas to stop them.

08000725230 called me today but I missed them; they didn't leave a voicemail. It's the first cold call I've had this year. It's about the second call of any sort I've had.

Got a call from 08000725230 twice this morning, didn't answer now blocked and reported to Ofcom

Business rates helpline. (Owned by me as i set it up as a clean business as I never get my hands dirty, use my family and friends for all that).

Anyway I thought I'd just say hello as I bet you are all amazed and with my latest magic trick I have used to take you all away from all the wrong doings that me and my family have been doing and that is exposed by you the good honest British public on this forum and many others.
My magic trick is to make the post disappear by spamming it full off crap news. I do this day in day out as soon as I get twitchy that the authorities may be watching this and many other forums about me. I am as guilty as sin for what has been said about me which is why I have to keep spamming these sites with news feeds.

You are all a bunch of idiot that just let me keep getting away with it lol and even allow me to attack reputable rating companies and turn your  own clients against you lol. U allow me to do this lol. So yes I will keep doing it.

I'm sure there probably are some big boys ready to come take me out one day as what I do and how I operate is the lowest form off operation and I have no code at all. But that's me so if you don't like it. Then whistle.
