It's from BT. They were contacting me about a fault I'd reported on our line. Might be worth answering if you've got a current fault on your BT product.

Replied, male apologised for calling the wrong number.

Just got called by this number but I was unable to answer. I think it may have been Bt as i have a broadband problem at home and they know my mobile number.

Time waster who knew our company name but said had message for someone who worked here and and then refused to believe we had never heard of him as ours was the number showing on his mobile (should have realised 0800 was not a moble - duh).  Was really insistent that I was wrong.

Received call from this number on both Landline and my Mobile.  It was BT calling me back regarding a question I asked them regarding BT Infinity via the internet.

Was expecting the call but didn't recognise the number.

got a call from this number today at 13.05, dont know who they are and they hung the phone up

I dont know what some of the people here are on about saying that they "hang up" when answering.

They called me but I couldnt answer, they lef t me a message and it was BT checking for confirmation about changing the installation day for my new broadband.
It was totally legit.

It's not unpaid bills as I'm not even with BT for phone or broadband - I'm therefore presuming someone is going to try to sell me something that I don't want, last time I was with BT their customer service was shocking to say the least, claiming that I had signed a new business contract for 3 years when I was already in the process of changing providers!!

It is BT. We had a customer call us for a personal matter from this number and his email address is xxxx@bt.com

got call on my mobile. was thinking it may be a reverse call but too late when i picked up so called back and was not able to get trough

They keep ringing our llandline at work at all I get is hold music or "sorry wrong number" ??????????

This number called and hung up before I managed to answer. Called back less than 30 seconds later and it was BT confirming installation of my new business broadband line tomorrow.

Just got a (missed) call from this number having recently given up my Orange home phone & broadband then a text from Orange saying they'd tried to call me but no other missed calls.
