This number keeps ringing my direct line at work, So annoying

Its getting to the point where i'm going to have to change my number

Received a call at 12.12 hours today 15th September 2010. Caller asked for a Mr Farnham (strange as we are a business in Farnham!). I said nobody here of that name she said must be a wrong number and hung up.

I got a blank call from them at 13.04

Silent call from this number 16.09.10.

Silent call from this number and have also locked our phone for at least 2 minutes. Had to disconnect and then connect the line back again for it to work.

just got a call from these people at 12 56 and they must have been having their dinner as all I got was a load of back ground noise and a male voice saying my god that was hot well at least we now know they are human lol

I am still getting these calls and i am no longer a customer!

I am a british gas customer but I have been plagued with sales calls and silent calls. Several each week.

I have changed my phone number on my bg site to 000000000.

If they contact me by post regarding this change I will tell them I will supply them with my number IF they confirm in WRITING they will not call me again for anything except an emergency.

Been receving silent calls from this number for the last 4 weeks and 2 weeks ago a text confirming an appointment for my annual boiler service from British Gas. I have not responded to any of these calls/texts as I am now and have never been a British Gas customer.

Silent call 18.05 on my blackberry. Number now blocked.

yet another 'silent' call from this number, i am getting a bit fed up with them

Got a call at 10.30 from this number. Most annoying since I was sleeping having worked on night shift. Did not answer phone 'cause I did not expect a call. My day got interrupted though. I hate these calls very much and usually I unplug the phone, but this time I forgot to do so.

I receive endless calls to my mobile from this 08009806166 number. It is a British Gas Service number and I have asked them already not to contact me. Has anyone got any other ideas?

Called me today for the umpeenth time. It happens so often now, from this and other companies, that it has become part of everyday life, like having pizza delivery fliers through my letterbox every day

This number has called me every day for the last week.
Just had another missed call, but this time they also a text saying "Sorry, i'll call later"

very very annoying as we have been receiving calls from this number for weeks now every time you answer it there is no one there and no message left or anything when checked on 1471 says it is british gas non urgent call - very unprofessional for such a large company not having the decency to talk to you and tell you why they are ringing !!!!
