Oh my God Katy!! Where will this end? - in the asylum probably! It would indeed seem that once one company gets its claws into you, more will follow,  TAPA being my particular example. You pays your money and you takes your choice. Try the loud whistle or turn the TV up and put the 'phone next to it. If you have caller display try "Emergency, which service ?" Don't let them get to you, have some fun with them.  I told an asian "Sheila" last week that my name was Mahendra Singh Doni and she hung up.

Errr, thanks Julia, I have to say the last few minutes have been very confusing with posts jumping out all over the place. I gather that my telling off wasn't genuine then?

Unfortunately now we don't know who is and isn't real as it appears someone has been able to use avatars which we'd assumed were only provided by WCM.

Hi Julia. If you are not logged in when you post, does that mean that others can use your name? I've always been registered but sometimes I forget to log in. My name has been used by somebody else.

Unregistered users can type into the field "Your Name" almost anything including a nickname of a registered user, BUT their nicknames will not appear in blue and will not have an avatar.

No one but you can make posts under your account. Just check that you are logged when making a post.

Julia - thank you for making everything clear to us. I think we will now be able to recognise the false posts when we see them - and ignore them! We do have a genuine grievance against this company and we're just trying to support each other whilst we resolve it.
