This is a forum.  Posting on here will not reach the company.  As  well as 'phoning them you need to tell them in writing using Recorded Delivery.

Just got called by this group saying I took part in a on-line questionnaire on Wednesday ? offered me a magazine called Sapphire for 31.00 and I would get £20 petrol or diesel  voucher, while I was on the phone I checked up and found this was not all as it was made out to be DONT DO IT

Aunt got a call from these people so I phoned the 0800 number given. Was rudely spoken to by someone who said he was a supervisor when I asked to speak to a manager. He told me my aunt MUST have filled in a survey when I told him she didn't he said well where do you think we got the number from. In the end told him to remove the number and NOT to call again or will be complaining to TPS.

I was taken infor £1 one book and had 3 79 99 taken out in 5  weeks and £6 99

I this minute received a call from the so - called magazine.  Straight away I knew it was a scam.
The caller was just talking rubbish.  I then said to her "what do you want from me?  Do you need my
bank details" ....  she said yes.  I told her that I don't give my bank details over the phone to
a complete stranger who phone me up.

I got the phonecall from amy today luckily was suspicious now confirmed evil woman beware all of you.

Same happened to me

Same happened to me this morning felt a bit stupid giving them my card number as when I googled them I saw all the posts. I have now telephoned my bank and they have put a block on my card .

Keeps calling my number and when I answer they hang up!!!

Got called earlier by this group. I did give my details like an idiot. I got home and googled them only to find this. I phoned them to cancel but was told I can't cancel until Tuesday when I get my ref number. Can someone tell me what name the group uses to take money from the bank. I am just about to contact them to cancel the transaction.

Received an uninvited call from this number today. Asked the caller who gave him my number or where he obtained it from but he would not tell me. I politely told him not to call again and ended the call. Further investigation suggests that this is some form of scam and should be stopped.

I received a telephone call from sapphire and they wanted £1.00 for postage n packing please check it out because they wanted my card details

I have also been trying to ring this company after not receiving mag and fuel voucher, to opt out to no aveil I am going to contact my bank tomorrow to stop my card, to anyone ele don,t get sucked in, the guy I spoke to was very nice seems they will try anything to get money from people, I have mental Heath problems and can I'll afford to lose that sort of money, it needs to have a stop put on it.

Just had a phone call from "Joe" saying I had completed an online survey for free fuel vouchers and a free subscription to Sapphire Magazine. When I advised him absolutely not, he got nasty and said how did he get my phone number if I had not filled it in. I told him I do NOT do any business over the phone and how he did get my number, he said " just for that he would not give me my free £20 voucher now and would have to pay £87 yearly subscription if I wanted the magazine. Obviously the object of the call was to get people to sign up in the first place !!!   Sick and tired of unsolicited calls every day.

They've just tried to get me too :-(

When I get these calls about a "survey" I always give a false name, or a variation of my own. So when I get the follow-up calls asking for this name, I know what to expect. Why do these surveys in the first place??? I love wasting THEIR time and money.
Same with the follow-up calls. Pretend to be interested for as long as possible, then say not interested.

Ring your bank and cancel the CC concerned. The banks will know about this but will probably try to evade the issue of education the public.They do business out of these scammers I wd bet.

The people that ring you are mostly 19 year olds and are not privy to the intentions of the people behind the company

second or third time these people have called today he youngish bloke who had a terrible cough as he seemed to be coughing and spluttering as he was talking to me very rude ,said it was to offer me savings on my car services bollocks he didn't  even know my proper name just fished around then when i  told them had motability car he asked did anyone else have in the home have a car said no and hung up flaming pests i too am on the tps and have been for years doesn't seem to matter as they still ring get unsolicited calls three to five times a day somedays pain in the ass.
