Well if it's not a scam why can people not cancel on line?? Duh!!!

I too have had £79.99 taken and Visa have refused to refund.  My case is different from most I was I thought applying for a years extension of warranty on a russell hobbs kettle started filling in first page then thought they seem to want to know too much personal information so pulled out. I still got confirmation of warranty and still in £10,000 draw. I DEFINITELY DID NOT GIVE ANY CARD DETAILS. Anyway with my visa there is a an additional security where a page appears and you are asked various random numbers.  Visa not much help staff are all abroad and accents difficult to understand.

I got fooled into this and had 79.99 taken from my bank today I am livid . My bank have put me thru to their security team and are sending me a form to sign and send back to state they have taken the money fraudulently. I rang Sapphire on  08435070707 and was told it's not possible to refund the money and no manager available .  Keep well away from these robbers.

I got a call on my mobil for them almost 2 weeks ago offering £40 fuel vochers, they must haver got my number from a survey I did, anyway no mag or anything else. I cancelled my bank card today

I had a call from this company and foolishy gave them my account details so that they could take £1 for postage. Intead they have taken £79.99 without my consent

That must have been a big parcel.

Seems like I'm the latest victim. They rang me this afternoon. Luckily I realised I had been got and rang the fraud team at my bank straight away so no money should be lost. Is there no way of shutting these fraudsters down?

still waiting for £59.99 phoned three times no refund yet since nov.

I rang the halifax tonight very helpful cancelled my card, that way no money can be taken out of your account. Contact your bank immediately thy will stop this payment, julie

This is a scam

Julie its a huge scam.  This company is working out of a unit on an industrial estate in Cardiff.  When they call you the free trial starts from the day u receive the booklet, how do they know when the booklet has arrived this is how they are getting away with it.  The company uses second class post so god knows how long it wil take to get to you.  The vouchers are redeemable through the company, you send the receipt and the voucher back to them and they send you a cheque, as if.  The booklet of vouchers goes in a draw or cupboard and never used or forgotten about.  How many people keep all their receipts go to the trouble of sending them bk.  they win again.  The fraud squad need to go and shut these scammers down asap.  They are stealing hard earned cash.  Subscription for a year they say, so you would expect a magazine monthly. You get 1 magazine a year.

Beware  Beware!!! Took 79.99 out of my account despite ringing them  in plenty of time for the 14 days, time up but no answer.  I wrote to them and blocked the withdrawal with my bank.
However I told the bank not to pay Saphire but the money was taken out using the name Saver. Reporting them to the police.

I've just had to cancel my card and my bank's fraud department is looking into sapphire now as I was told I could cancel but the numbers they had given me were false & not able to cancel through there website. This is a scam I feel stupid I was taken in by the petrol vouchers, the bloke was really nice & kept saying " you will get £20 of petrol vouchers for £1 then u can cancel" the truth is you can't so the bank advised me just to cancel my card! I won't be taken in again,

Was called last week and said I wasn't interested (female caller),was called again today,said I had already told them I wasn't interested - male caller,can't remember name,said they hadn't called before, I repeated that they had and he got quite rude and insisted they hadn't! I angrily told him they had,he then asked who called and what they said,I told him that it was the same as him and I did want the vouchers as I don't have a car! He then got really angry and almost shouted "we won't save you money then"
Clearly that's not their intention anyway
